Have used them for 20 years

Have used them for 20 years. In the last year have had multiple problems. Always the same issues we have to fix. Very frustrating as we never made any changes each time.

1000% Recommended!

I was passed Charlene's details by a good friend whose son has been having lessons for a few years. I can't put into words how much Charlene has helped my son. The turn-around from where he was has been phenomenal.
He has gained not only confidence in his school work, but in his personal life too.
Charlene really has worked her magic with my son and we shall be forever grateful!

Delivered broken goods and accepted no…

Delivered broken goods and accepted no responsibility, even when we had clips and photos of the delivery driver delivering the goods in damaged packaging!
Terrible service and now I had to pay 500 Euros to fix the damage.
NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered a Bosch hob 650 Euros

Ordered a Bosch hob 650 Euros, delivered smashed to pieces. Immediately went on their website to report the damage on the Thursday. their immediate automatic reply said someone will contact me soon. Friday called 4 times, nobody picks up the phone. On the Monday, still no reply, then tried another email address. Their reply was nothing can be done, must report damage within 48 hours! UNBELIEVABLE!!
I reported in 15 minutes!!! Now they refuse to do anything and i have a repair bill of 400 Euros!

Delivered a 650 Euro hob smashed to pieces and walked away. Immediately filed a complaint, had footage of the delivery driver delivering the hob with damaged packaging. Now i have a repair bill of 400 Euros and they don't care!

Refused cancer cover!

They refused to cover treatment for my wife's cancer, stating that it is a pre-exisiting condition, even though we have signed documentation from our doctor showing that her thyroid operation from 16 years ago was to remove a non-cancerous lump.
I have insured my family with IMG for many years. Never again after this! So stressful and unfair.
