Have used them for 20 years. In the last year have had multiple problems. Always the same issues we have to fix. Very frustrating as we never made any changes each time.

Ordered a Bosch hob 650 Euros, delivered smashed to pieces. Immediately went on their website to report the damage on the Thursday. their immediate automatic reply said someone will contact me soon. Friday called 4 times, nobody picks up the phone. On the Monday, still no reply, then tried another email address. Their reply was nothing can be done, must report damage within 48 hours! UNBELIEVABLE!!
I reported in 15 minutes!!! Now they refuse to do anything and i have a repair bill of 400 Euros!

Delivered a 650 Euro hob smashed to pieces and walked away. Immediately filed a complaint, had footage of the delivery driver delivering the hob with damaged packaging. Now i have a repair bill of 400 Euros and they don't care!

They refused to cover treatment for my wife's cancer, stating that it is a pre-exisiting condition, even though we have signed documentation from our doctor showing that her thyroid operation from 16 years ago was to remove a non-cancerous lump.
I have insured my family with IMG for many years. Never again after this! So stressful and unfair.
