Navigating their policy for canceling orders feels like a convoluted process. Instead of a straightforward cancellation option within the order tab, you're required to submit a cancellation in a separate form, adding an unnecessary layer of complexity.
During Black Friday, prices seem to be inflated rather than offering the expected discounts. In my experience, I canceled a fridge, followed the advice of their customer service representative to purchase a different one, only to find out that the initial fridge was still dispatched.
Trying to reach them via phone is a frustrating endeavor. The lines are consistently busy, and if you manage to get through, the call is abruptly cut off after just two minutes, leaving you with the need to call repeatedly to address your concerns. Overall, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

A forma como a empresa lida com o cancelamento de pedidos é complicada, envolvendo o preenchimento de um formulário separado em vez de proporcionar uma opção direta na aba de pedidos.
Durante a Black Friday, os preços parecem ser mais altos do que nos demais dias, contradizendo a expectativa de descontos. Na minha experiência, cancelei a compra de uma geladeira, seguindo a recomendação dos funcionários durante uma ligação, apenas para descobrir que a primeira geladeira ainda foi despachada.
Entrar em contato por telefone é uma experiência frustrante. As linhas estão sempre ocupadas, e se você consegue falar com alguém, a ligação é encerrada abruptamente após apenas dois minutos, obrigando a chamar repetidamente para resolver as questões. No geral, a experiência tem sido nada menos que um pesadelo.

Thirteen days have elapsed since the anticipated delivery date, and I continue to await the receipt of my sim card, which was originally scheduled for placement within my mailbox. In stark contrast to the commendable performance of DHL, the services provided by DPD have proven to be significantly inferior. A single-day delay may be considered suboptimal, while a two-day delay can be categorized as deeply unsatisfactory. However, the egregious oversight of a thirteen-day delay reflects a deplorable level of incompetence on the part of DPD. Consequently, it is my sincere belief that DPD should promptly cease its operations and remove itself from the service industry. This unfavorable experience has left me with no alternative but to assert that DPD's performance as a company is lamentably subpar.

Don't order if you have a Portuguese address.
I will get stuck in Customs due to the precious metal certification (necessita de ser presente à contrastaria) and them it will require an additional 50euro+ fee get it.
Additionally, requires a ton of bureaucracy. Not worth it.

I didn't get my order but I had the experience with the customer service, which was very good. They reached out DHL and customs multiple times although DHL wasn't able to clarfiy some details. I got my refund a few days later. Raising to 3 stars. Thanks Roxanne!
