Defective product lead to a nightmare experience

I want to share an important aspect that is not visible in most reviews.That is because prices are fair and delivery time is ok – so if everything goes well, you’ll be happy.

The problem begins if the product arrives defective, as in my case or if any fault covered by the company’s warranty arises later. What followed was an exhausting and frustrating experience.

Agrieuro did not offer a replacement or refund as they should have by law when a client receives a defective product. They instead asked me to bring the quad to a repair garage or set up for a pickup delivery in which case they demanded that I repack the product exactly as it arrived. This is completely unreasonable for a private customer, as the product had to be assembled upon delivery and cannot be returned to its original packaging. I did, however, pack it securely on a pallet, with cardboard and bubble wrap, as instructed, and at my own expense (including straps and packing materials). I was promised that my ratchet straps would be returned, but they were not – they were simply taken.

When the product finally came back, it was in worse packaging than what I had sent, the same defect was still there, and essentially nothing had been fixed.

Months have now gone by (15/5/2025 - 02/09/2025 and counting), I still cannot properly use the product I paid for, and Agrieuro refuses to take responsibility. They have ignored my repeated requests for either a refund, a replacement, or at the very least, compensation for the wasted time and costs.

In summary: if you’re lucky and everything works, you’ll be satisfied. But if something goes wrong, be prepared for a long and frustrating battle.

I find it curious that agrieuro took the time to respond to the review on Trustpilot, but have yet to follow up on my ticket. Still waiting for pickup with a perfectly self packed quad.

We fully understand your disappointment and would like to provide some necessary clarification on the matter.

Our team immediately activated the assistance service, as required by current legislation and the terms and conditions of sale and assistance clearly described on our website and accepted by you at the time of ordering. These terms and conditions specify that replacement or refund will only be considered if the product cannot be repaired or if the repair would be excessively costly.

As for the packaging on return, we apologise for the inconvenience, but the defects reported are not attributable to Agrieuro, but to the courier responsible for transport. The same applies to the ratchet straps, which unfortunately were not returned to you by the service centre. It will not be a problem to request these back, and we are available to help you as intermediaries if necessary.


With regard to the repair, we would like to point out that the initial defect was correctly repaired, as you yourself confirmed in writing in the service file. The new problem arose three weeks later, and in that case too, we promptly activated the warranty service, directly involving an authorised Alpina centre to ensure a qualified technical intervention.

With regard to packaging for shipment, we would like to remind you that, as indicated in the terms and conditions of sale, the customer is responsible for secure packaging, as they have the goods in their possession. The packaging does not need to be identical to the original, but it must be as similar as possible and suitable for safe transport. For this reason, we always recommend keeping the original packaging for at least the first few months, precisely to prevent any complications in the event of assistance being required.

That said, as soon as you inform us that you have prepared more suitable packaging, we will be happy to send a courier to collect the product in order to complete the technical inspection and resolve the situation definitively. Depending on the outcome, as already mentioned, we will either carry out a new repair, replace the product with a new one or, if repair is not possible, refund the amount spent.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused so far and remain at your disposal to complete the procedure as quickly and satisfactorily as possible.

Broken machine sent - nobody takes responsibility

I ordered a rotary tiller which arrived with leaking engine oil. I send a video of the problem and a detailed description. Since 3 month the reclamation is played around the agrieuro organisation: different people respond and play on the ball with promises "Technicians will contact you", "Decision soon" - nothing happens. Internally information is not passed on. Asking for information which has already been delivered. I do have the impression that internally a "hot potato" is passed around and nobody wants to take responsibility.

Comment on the response of AgriEuro:
I leave it to the reader to judge concerning the open request - all the information had been send to service interfaces ( Mrs. "E.G." and M. "M.G"). Virtually none of the e -mails or the attached information and videos have found their way into the internal dossier, which was send to me July 9th, more than two month after the complaint . Here the dates of the e-mails 24. April, 28th April  29. April, 30th April, 4th May,. 5th May , 7th MAy , 8th May, 28th May, 30th June , 7. July, 9th July, 16th July ....so far, nothing has happened. Tomorrow three months will have passed.

Terrible Customer Support

Great Machine, Disgraceful Customer Service — Buyer Beware

I purchased the EuroMech HO 35 C from AgriEuro. The machine itself has been excellent — solid build quality and great performance. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

When the strimmer head locked solid, I contacted AgriEuro for support. A month later, I’m still waiting. No spare part. No replacement. No useful communication. Just automated emails and silence.

Their customer service is beyond poor — and it’s no isolated case. A quick look at other reviews confirms that slow, unhelpful, and dismissive after-sales support is a recurring issue with this company.

It’s outrageous that a good product is being let down by a company that appears completely indifferent to its customers once payment is taken. If you’re considering a purchase, think very carefully about what happens if something goes wrong.

A shame — because the kit deserves better.

PS: I note your reply below. It sounds really good except nothing has been done to help me more than one month after asking for assistance. This is pure disinformation.

I ordered a whirlpool from Intex from…

I ordered a whirlpool from Intex from this company with order nr 3324520 from the Spanish website
They wrote a few weeks ago that this order is in delivery, I never got any tracking nr and is impossible to get in contact with them( chat from them is robot talk ) it’s now Monday and if I don’t get any reply from them by this Thursday I will contact PayPal and will ask my money back

Never more!!

Never more!!! This company sells you a non-functional product and if you want to return it you must pay for the shipping and they „may“ return your money or part of it. You can ask for replacement and you will never get it! Instead of normal communication, they open a „ticket“ on their web and then another „ticket“ and you can spend hours to figure out that they simply ignore you. The sprayer I have bought did not work and since Agrieuro kept on ignoring my request of replacing, we opened it and found out that the battery was not connected! By the way, it looked that the the product we recieved had been returned already once, the upper laces were already fixed…

The presence of pre-fixed straps may be due to standard pre-assembly checks performed by the manufacturer before packaging, not from prior use or return.

As for the reported battery issue, we remind you that all electric devices must be fully checked before first use, according to the user manual instructions. In many cases, battery connections are left unplugged for safety during transport and must be connected before operation — this is not considered a defect, but rather standard practice.

Regarding the assistance process, our support system is designed to ensure traceability and efficiency. Opening a service ticket allows our technical team to gather the necessary information and offer appropriate solutions. Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. The product is badly packaged and will be damaged all over. Lots of assembly required with no instructions. Bolts of the wrong size. Customer service ZERO.

Avoiding replacing fault with guarentee

Purchased a lawnmower from the Italian website. After just 20 hours of use, bolts have fallen off, the protective guard is mangled because of poor design and the accelerator throttle cable has broken. I sent in pictures and AgriEuro are now claiming the broken parts are caused by inappropriate use or inappropriate terrain! Awful company - avoid at all costs!

Excellent customer service
