Broken machine sent - nobody takes responsibility
I ordered a rotary tiller which arrived with leaking engine oil. I send a video of the problem and a detailed description. Since 3 month the reclamation is played around the agrieuro organisation: different people respond and play on the ball with promises "Technicians will contact you", "Decision soon" - nothing happens. Internally information is not passed on. Asking for information which has already been delivered. I do have the impression that internally a "hot potato" is passed around and nobody wants to take responsibility.

I leave it to the reader to judge concerning the open request - all the information had been send to service interfaces ( Mrs. "E.G." and M. "M.G"). Virtually none of the e -mails or the attached information and videos have found their way into the internal dossier, which was send to me July 9th, more than two month after the complaint . Here the dates of the e-mails 24. April, 28th April 29. April, 30th April, 4th May,. 5th May , 7th MAy , 8th May, 28th May, 30th June , 7. July, 9th July, 16th July ....so far, nothing has happened. Tomorrow three months will have passed.
