My 14 year old Golden Retriever adores her Dog Chef food. She gets twice a day the quantity of wet and dry food recommended by the Dog Chef Vet. She doesn’t leave a crumb in the bowl.

We live in France and ordered a plant and get well card for a friend in England. There was plenty of choice and paying was easy and I used Apple Pay. We ordered on the Saturday and delivery was on the next day that being a Sunday. We received an email with tracking and later another email showing the delivery time in a one hour slot. We then received another email when the plant had been delivered. Our friend was delighted with the plant.

My parcel was collected from Barcelona Thursday evening and handed over to TNT in France Friday morning. I received my parcel 10h00 Saturday morning. Fantastic service from Envialia and TNT.

I ordered a replacement spray gun which when I received it was the wrong part. I telephoned the after sales department. There is a choice of language and a free phone number. The person I spoke to gave me his email address and I emailed the problem. He was extremely helpful and sorted my problem. Within 24 hours the replacement part was on route from the carrier and of course I was not charged. Excellent after sales service.
