Never more!!

Never more!!! This company sells you a non-functional product and if you want to return it you must pay for the shipping and they „may“ return your money or part of it. You can ask for replacement and you will never get it! Instead of normal communication, they open a „ticket“ on their web and then another „ticket“ and you can spend hours to figure out that they simply ignore you. The sprayer I have bought did not work and since Agrieuro kept on ignoring my request of replacing, we opened it and found out that the battery was not connected! By the way, it looked that the the product we recieved had been returned already once, the upper laces were already fixed…

All our products are brand new — we do not sell used or refurbished items, nor do we have a section dedicated to such. The sprayer you received was no exception. The presence of pre-fixed straps may be due to standard pre-assembly checks performed by the manufacturer before packaging, not from prior use or return.

As for the reported battery issue, we remind you that all electric devices must be fully checked before first use, according to the user manual instructions. In many cases, battery connections are left unplugged for safety during transport and must be connected before operation — this is not considered a defect, but rather standard practice.

Regarding the assistance process, our support system is designed to ensure traceability and efficiency. Opening a service ticket allows our technical team to gather the necessary information and offer appropriate solutions. We understand this may differ from direct one-to-one communication, but it allows for a quicker and more structured response, especially in high-demand periods.

We regret that you felt ignored — your case was handled within regular timeframes, and all responses and instructions were provided through the support platform. Additionally, our return policy is clearly stated on the website: if a customer wishes to return a working product, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, in line with European consumer laws.
