It suddenly dawned on me that I had been duped into believing that there was a big warehouse in Italy full of bike parts, rather than just a person handy with a computer. I paid for my part on the 24th of June. 3 weeks later and still nothing so I emailed them on the 12th of July. Got a generic reply saying they were busier than usual (in Italian). On the 18th of July I got a tracking number, saying it had arrived in Italy. (Remember, this item was in stock?). Anyway, stays in Milan for 3 days before making it's way to Pulheim in Germany. 2 days later and its in a sorting office in the Netherlands. After a week it finds itself in Ireland and 2 days later I get it. What a carbon footprint. Was genuinely surprised it was correct. That's what the one star is for. I won't be making the same mistake again.

Really like these. They fit very neatly in the ear and pair straight away. Sound quality is excellent. They come in a neat little box which also acts as a charger, although I haven't had to charge them yet and have them over a week. Am very happy. No complaints.

I had some difficulty transferring money from a crypto exchange to my revolut account. I presumed the problem could be with revolut as they also deal in crypto and might want the monopoly in any crypto trading with their bank. I couldn't have been more wrong. I chatted with one of the support team and they explained why the transfer wasn't going through and that the problem was the other side. I rectified that mistake and the transaction went through in seconds. I can't fault the support team.

Delivery time was about 10 days, which I was able to track. The ride-on was well packed on the pallet, everything sorted to exact detail. There wasn't even a washer missing. The handbooks were easy to follow, though you will have to factor in some time for assembly of seat and rear collection basket. However I was impressed with the build quality of the Stiga and all it's corresponding parts. I can't think of anything negative in the whole purchase.
