Bad service!!!
After the GeoTech DG 58 F machine was delivered I went to test it, after half an hour a vital part had already disappeared, this was reported to agri euro within 12 hours of delivery.
I got an answer that I had mounted the part incorrectly and a video clip.
I emailed back that the part was factory fitted ?
Answer: No warranty but I can order the part at my own expense.
so don't buy anything here

Item I bought did not have a manual , within a few days a video was posted that helped a great deal.

We bought a sit down mower from agrieuro. The service from this company has been really good.
The information and description on their website is clear and very comprehensive. Easy to use and they have a page in which you can compare products, which is really useful.
The delivery was uneventful and on time.
The pre sale help is also really good.

If you are lucky the only thing that…

If you are lucky the only thing that may go wrong is a very long delivery time. But if you have any issues with the product the "customer service" is really the worst I've encountered. My woodchipper came with a belt installed backwards and after 7 min. started to smoke from everywhere and shut off. Their response: 'you fix it' and also, 'we are voiding your warranty for this event'. I am speechless. This belt comes enclosed and it's not something that I installed or assembled so I have nothing to do with the issue and their response "all products are checked for quality assurance before they are shipped, so it must be your fault". I used to live in North America where there was great customer service in general, then moved to Spain and had to lower my expectations significantly, but this is a new low I had not experienced. If you plan on ever buying from this company just hope nothing goes wrong, because their customer service is non-existent

This short message is to inform you that we've just received a reply from the manufacturing industry. Please note that all the machineries are previously tested and carefully checked in the manufacturing industry before being dispatched.
All things considered and due to producer's statement and outcome, we had to exclude that the belt has been improperly assembled by the producer. By contrast, this event normally occurs whenever the units are used intensively or in case of sudden stops (and this might be also the reason of the bad smoke coming out from the equipment).

However, we've offered you our top service, authorizing the shipping of two spare belts under warranty, exceptionally as gesture of good will towards you, though we had to keep you informed that, whether you'll experience the same problem in the future, we'll not be allowed to honour the warranty any further.

Stay away

Stay away, fast delivery, but one item was faulty and the other totally unusable. They offered a discount coupon, as if I would buy from them again.

Indeed, as regards the faulty product, we're waiting to get a video from you in order to sort out the problem with our Technicians and come up with a solution at the soonest (there is an ongoing assistance and we're waiting to get your reply to proceed).
By contrast, what you call "unusable item", it refers to a 5L fuel tank with a value of approx. €3.00. Therefore, both for the value of the accessory and due to the opportunity to find it out in any possible hardware store on site, we've attempted to offer you a coupon on our website (that would be certainly higher than €3.00), considering the possible hypothesis that you'd probably need spare parts for your brush cutter in the future.

Very poor experience with Agrieuro…

Very poor experience with Agrieuro customer support . I waited 20 days for a delivery and their first advice was to contact a logistics company in Germany. Nothing was ever their fault and took no responsibility for the delay and lack of information .
One of the times I contacted them they even told me it was already delivered ! The product I eventually got was good but I will never use them again due to how they treated me as a customer .

Worst customer service ever!

Worst customer service ever!
A brand new Lavor Rio Diesel pressure washer, defective after 4months!
4months so lets say there are 10 operational hours on the machine!

They dont care, I mis-used the machine!
All returns and repair of the 4month old machine is NOT FREE of charge!
They blatant ignore the EU-rules regarding sales/warranty!

Luckely I payed via Paypal and have buyer protection via Paypal. Amount of 450€

A word of advice DONT ever buy here machinery!!

Buyer beware

You see many questions on the web asking if agrieuro is a scam. Yes and no.
You can order and pay on their site and mostly these are delivered quickly and efficently. BUT
If you examine the site you will find that none of the buttons for the aftersales serbice they bragg of work. Look further and you will find no email.fb or tel no and if you do try to locate these the only things outthere take you back to their website with no contact deets! tThere website claims in this respect are a lie. If your product goes wrong or you want to buy accessories. There really is no way to contact them. Buyer beware

Avoid at all cost

Ordered a compressor from this company, on arrival it was damaged so contacted them straight away, they told me they would replace the damaged parts, 2 months later still no replacement parts so i was forced to open a paypal dispute and they still refuse to send the damaged parts. please avoid having anything to do with this company.

In response to your reply , you have had ample time to replace the damaged parts you sent.
I would not have had to open a dispute if you had sent the parts when you said you would. And now you are still refusing to send them. Your company is a disgrace, there is absolutely no reason for you to continue to refuse to ship the parts which you sent damaged.

You supplied a damaged compressor and fittings.
You agreed to replace the damaged items
Over 3 months later I have still not received the replacement parts
You are now refusing to send the replacement parts which you agreed to.

Please note that you’ve notified us about the damage on December 2nd and it was only two days later that the components have been ordered to the manufacturing industry. It took time for us to get the parts from the producer as they had to find the spare parts and dispatch them for the shipment in our warehouse (obviously, the time required by the producer cannot be overcome: please note that it could be possible that the manufacturing industry experience some delays in dispatching the parts and that is mostly true in the Christmas period). Once again, as you'd opened a Paypal claim asking to be refunded, it means that whether you would have won the claim, you would have received a full refund that is what you asked from the beginning of the Paypal claim. However, as the Paypal complaint has been sorted out in our favour you’ve started again to ask for the spare parts
However, for all the above-mentioned reasons, we were not allowed to ship the parts to you, unfortunately.

We did not refuse to send the spare parts under warranty and they were ready to be dispatched from our warehouse when we’ve been notified about the Paypal claim.

Poor customer service on sub-standard product

I have bought a Stiga fingerbar mower 87B for almost €800 with Agrieuro and the service was only good as long as there was no warranty issue. First thinking that the fault (a broken fixture of the mower blade ) was just wear and tear, I ordered spare parts twice but the same problem kept happening, because it turned out to be a structural fault. 3 months after contacting Agrieuro about the warranty issue they still have not resolved the problem and I still haven't used the mower for 5 months in total. So far, the 2 year warranty has not been extented and a lot of time has passed.
