Once again Parcelforce don't deliver!

Once again Parcelforce have been unable to deliver when they said they would. I think this is the third time they have done this to me so I can only give a one star review (if it was possible I would give no stars)
Despite the delivery hours ending at 18:00 hrs they scheduled a 1 hour slot for delivery to me between 17:51 and 18:51, their driver Kevin decided to go home at 18:09 without delivering to me.
Obviously not adhering to the best practice of under selling and over delivering which the best businesses do. This resulted in building false expectations, wasting my time and getting me angry.
In future I have decided that I will not deal with companies that use Parcelforce as the delivery service. I know it may be cutting off my nose to spite my face but I have had enough of this company who I regard as second rate and arrogant.

Communication non existent

Communication non existent. After ordered have had no notification of dispatch which was promised with computer generated order acknowledgement. Having tried emails, contact page request and two phone calls that ended in messaging system (ie no one there to actually answer call) I get the feeling this is a scam site and will have to apply to bank for reversal of payment. IN MY VIEW YOU WOULD BE ADVISED NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK LOSS OF MONEY!
THE COMPANY IS BEING INVESTIGATED BY TRADING STANDARDS AND ACCORDING TO COMPANIES HOUSE PUBLIC RECORDS IT HAS ONLY ONE DIRECTOR WHO'S NAME CAN EASILY BE OBTAINED FROM A GOOGLE SEARCH. AS OF 09/03/2018 THE WEBSITE APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN TAKEN DOWN.

Very easy order processing and …

Very easy order processing and purchasing. Excellent communications about delivery, tracking and customer queries. Delivery was a bit slow but that was mainly down to Christmas and New Year disrupting the process. Unfortunately, goods arrived slightly damaged as a result of poor handling by courier service. However, replacement part has been sent without too much fuss and will hopefully arrive in the next few days.

Did not keep appointment…

Made an appointment for them to visit and provide a quote but they never showed up, never called to say they could not make the appointment and did not call afterwards to apologies. I left a message on their mobile number for a call back but they just could not be bothered.
I consider myself lucky that I did place an order with them as from my experience they are untrustworthy.

After getting back to you to complain …

After getting back to you to complain that you didn't do what you'd promised. ie make parcel available to pick up from Halfords today (30 Apr 2017). Once again you can't deliver on your promises in that you said you would look into the matter and get back within 90 minutes with an answer. Your promise was made at 12:43pm and it's now 15:04pm so it's 140 odd minutes. If you can't deliver according to your promises then don't make them.

Really hacked off with your bad service.
