Bunch of Cowboys!

After a year my premium has gone up significantly, never claimed, dog is under 7. So call up and cancel, all fine, cover due to expire 31st March at 11.59, my new cover starts at 0.00.

Get an email from this bunch of cowboys, telling me they cancelled 20th March, despite being paid up until the end date!

Beware if you don’t renew with them, they cancel your insurance with no care.

Bunch of cowboys!! Overpriced and a bunch of crooks.

Avoid like the plaque !!

Terrible service, terrible customer service and terrible telephone lines

Terrible.

What a diabolical delivery service, how do they get away with it?

Parcel due for delivery today, just spoke to the Manchester Delivery office, the response I got was “ no one took it out today, it will have to be Tomorrow” when they have had it in Manchester since Friday!

I can safely say I will never ever again order from any company that uses the delivery company to send its shipments.

Appalling in every way. Don’t bother phoning the Coventry numbered it send you in circles then hungs up.

Not bad

Joined in December, boxes arriving are a bit hit and miss, but they do arrive (usually late)
App is good, cheaper than the vets 12.99 a month.

Only con is product arrives after pet due date, which is a little annoying.

Still very happy with Amazon

Still very happy with the services provided by Amazon. I subscribe to prime so get quick delivery and the prime music on Alexa and prime movies on the tv.

Highly recommend.

Very Impressed and recommend

Just taken a new contract with Vodafone, got an amazing deal with the option of a new iPhone every 12 months. Number port was done seamlessly the following day after providing a code, phone arrived the day after ordering, the e sim email came the evening before my phone delivery
And the instructions were easy to follow, and it worked first time.

I have spoken to customer service via tobi, and they sorted my requests there and then.

App is good, and easy to follow.

So much better than the service from 02!

Highly recommend.

Signal is amazing, getting 5g all over the city I am in, don’t think I’ve seen my phone on 4g at all...

Very impressed

Highly Recommend

Been with these guys almost a year now and I am very impressed.( my last review was April 2020).

All of my accounts run very well with no issues. I recently took a credit card with them and that’s running well.

Some of the reviews are dreadful, but I have not experienced any of the negative stuff.

I am in England, and tend to pay in using the post office as and when I need to and even that is seamless.

Customer service pick up really quickly, in the height of the first lockdown
They were a bit slow, but that was to be expected.

I would highly recommend.

DPD drivers don’t wear face masks!!

DPD driver arrived to collect a return, no mask on, breathing and coughing everywhere, i had to cover my face with t- shirt as no face mask right there by front door to put on.
DPD are your staff stupid and have a death wish!!!

Will never use again!!

Language Barrier is awful

Just changed to these, and I had to call as my online account was not working. I got through to India! She couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand her. What should have been a 10 min conversation took 40 mins!

I know it’s cheap, which I why I changed, but you at least need to be able to understand the other person!! Fingers and toes crossed I don’t have to ring them ever again....

App is useless, does not connect to the server, so gave up and deleted that. Just have to use the desktop site. First day with them, and I’m already dreading it and wishing I had not changed....

And the warm home discount is closed so I’ll miss out this year! Bloody great

I took Sky out in October

I took Sky out in October, I took the sky Q signature on its own, I am a student so managed to get a discount via UNiDAYS, and my student account gave me cash back for paying by direct debit!! It was a win win. Channels are good, love the box sets, it was an early Christmas present to myself. During the Black Friday deals I added movies for 9.50 a month.
I’d never pay full price for them. Would not use the internet or phone, since the reviews for both are not good, but tv is Skys bread and butter and they can’t go wrong with that.

As a new customer I have only called tech services once, because I couldn’t download the discovery plus app, the chap I had, was brill, got me up and running quite quickly. (first call)

I love the fact on the sky vip thing, it gives you free stuff, I have had 2 free movies given to me since October on sky store to keep forever!!! Cheers sky!!

I am more than happy!!!
my little sky q box has a home here with me forever 😘

A wait and see job

Just had the free month, it was advertised as free on the TV, but was faced with a £1.99 delivery fee, which I thought was a bit steep, but anyway I paid it, took 2 weeks to arrive, used it, seems to work, I’m a week in, downloaded the app, they have been a bit presumptuous that I will continue, as the have already lined up the next 3 months on the app.

Paying off my credit card so if there is a problem with delivery, the credit card can reimburse me....

I am little worried after reading the negative reviews on here now, but I will try it for 3 months and see how it goes. Will update this in feb.....

Recently upgraded to the iPhone 12 mini, did it all through the my 02
App.
Fast easy did it 7pm Monday night, new phone arrives next day at 10am.

Nice and easy. Not a bad plan either, made use of the Black Friday deals....

Edit - ongoing issues with voicemail and making and receiving calls.

Customer service was useless, ended up emailing CEO, executive relations have cancelled my contract penalty free and I have returned the handset,
I have moved providers and am
Much happier with a working service.

Bad service for existing customers

I am furious, been a customer of Newday for 9 months with a Marbles credit card. Always pay my balance is
Full, started with a £250 credit limit, now it’s over £3000... I wanted to trade my marbles card in for an Amazon card, as better suits my needs, but I got declined! I mean really?

You are never going to make money out of me newday, is that why you declined me?

I want this sorting or you going to lose a customer that pays in full every month without fail... can’t get through on the phone lines!!!

Rude, not bothered company

Joined Marbles about 6 months ago now, started with a credit limit of 250, it's now over 1200, yet they won't reduce my interest rate,which is 39.9%!!

Never missed a payment, always pay in full, yet they refuse to drop rates...

Well bye bye marbles, will transfer my balance to a company that actually wants my custom, and a company that does not just say tough tits when you email them...

You only want customers to that will default so you can charge the hell out of them, and bleed them dry!

Terrible, avoid these clowns if you can

Thank you for the review. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the interest rate on your account. The APR is chosen upon application and what we believe is suitable for you.

Under responsible lending regulations, we do constantly monitor and review customer's interest rate to see if they are still suitable for them and their finances - We do this by looking at your account management with us and other credit providers, and we also share information with the Credit Reference Agencies. I'm unable to see the Credit Reference Agency information on my side but you could always check this with them directly.

As long as your keep up to your accounts well and maintain a good credit score, we may offer an interest decrease sometime in the near future. If we do, we will let you know right away by letter.

I can appreciate this isn't always possible, but if you wanted to avoid interest charges on your account, you can pay the full statement balance each month.

Worst of the worst. First rate cowboys

This company is one of the worst information technology companies, I have ever been forced to deal with. Student Finance made me order my items fr
for uni, from this bunch of cowboys.
They have missed things of the order, and when chased I am told they have been ordered.... nothing arrives.... they give you the run around.

Jordan is a liar,I have been sent a faulty headset, after 2 hrs on the phone with tech support. He agreed, and said I need a new one (really, i could of told you that 2 hrs ago)!

He said they would arrange a new one to be sent... days passed nothing.... called spoke to liar Jordan who said it would be with me friday....

Friday comes, been in waiting all day, then phone rings at 1pm, iansyst calling to arrange delivery of headset. ( you have got to be kidding me)!

They are a bunch of cowboys, no idea why sfe use them??

Rude,liars,clueless and useless are some words i would use to describe them.

Complaint made to SFE. Doubt i will ever get the replacement headset or the outstanding items. I hope sfe dont pay them.

Terrible and dodgy delivery driver

Ordered a replacement tumble dryer after mine stopped working. Ordering process was good... Steve who helped me out with payment and delivery day was good..

Delivery came on the correct day. However the text from appliance world said 4pm til 6pm, So i arranged my day accordingly...

Phone call from elderley neighbour at 2.30 pm saying that driver had a left my new tumble dryer outside her door in the rain.....

No call from there office, no call from delivery driver to advise of early delivery...

I am horrified that the driver left a high value item in plain sight,in the rain outside my neighbours house ( she is late 60s)

I was furious, called there office, and asked for Steve to call me, I explained what had gone on, and got what a felt tp be fobbed off, i was offered a replacement if the one delivered was damaged.

I have had white goods delivered before, but this is a first!!!!

No Show Cowboys

Went online looking for a window clean. Found these. Emailed them. Got a reply saying they would come and do a free 1st clean on the 24/8/2020. Guess what.... NO SHOW

Guess they could not be bothered.

Getting someone local and reliable in. This is not a good way to do business with new customers.
