I’m a devoted Marbles credit card fan, what an excellent reliable company they have been over the years.
I’ve got now an excellent credit rating.
Changing details etc, or logging out of my account excellent Customer services. Truly marvellous and competent.
My advise, use the Booster payment plus any extra re paying monthly.
Direct debit, yes. Saves time, missed payments too.
Best credit card.
I’ve paid off all others, just have my marbles.
Also, my advise, use it sensibly.
I use it for books, some clothes. Also, it’s coming up for Christmas.
Don’t be tempted to over spend.
Often you buy impulsive goods. Think is my advise.
Choose Marbles. Brilliant.

John Lewis credit card now a pale immitation of what it was. Contact centre was AI loop hell, I wasted far too much of my life trying to unblock a card. Have now thrown away my JL card after 18 years...

I called this company a month ago as having not used my card in a long time my direct debit had not been reinstated! Anyway I spoke to two lovely ladies one called Carol and her manager called Sally I believe. They were absolutely excellent in helping me resolve my issue and are an asset in their department. I’m very grateful for the help they gave me. They both deserve a big shout out for their professionalism and empathy.

John Lewis Financial Services moved to this company and so did I. If I could give it 0 stars for customer services I would.
I upgraded my iPhone a couple of weeks ago and all my other accounts moved across seamlessly.
When I tried to shop on line the NewDay App did not work. This happened both with a new vendor and another I have used for 5 years. I called and was told that it was not a NewDay problem and I should call the vendor. I explained I had done so but no assistance was offered.
I called a couple of days later and this time I was told that NewDay had received the vendor’s request and not responded. I was told to remove the App. Hands up but age 76, with compromised eyesight and a new phone I failed while on the call. I was told to take a bus or taxi and go to the nearest Apple Store. I can drive but my nearest Apple Store is 36 miles away.
I did delete and reinstall the App soon after the call.
On Saturday I hosted a lunch for 45 people in a local pub. At 1714 I tried to pay the bill and my card was blocked due to suspected fraud. I was given a number to call but that didn’t operate from 1700 on Saturday until 0900 on Monday.
One of my guests saw that my card had been declined and offered to pay!! Fortunately I had another card.
I called on Monday to unblock the card and the call took 30 minutes. You cannot make a complaint on line - only by phone or by letter.
The chat is a bit rubbish and gave different opening times than the website. The Instagram link on the website is defunct.
The staff were polite and kind but are let down by appalling systems that are not fit for purpose.
I have destroyed my card and will stay with my other card providers. One is an online bank and the other a high street store whose credit card supplier is HSBC. They were both available on the phone the entire weekend. One of them is a phone call away 24/7. I only call them in an emergency. This time they answered my queries instantly. Thank you First Direct.
Goodbye NewDay you ruined my pre Diwali party and wasted my precious time.

I had a card with this company but I cancelled it and have email proof this was canceled BUT they are refusing to remove my account and credit limit, I explained I have worked really hard to get out of debt and dont want temptation and to this the lady replied "its christmas soon!!!" Anyway long story short they are sending emails and letters telling me what I have and what I can buy and they will not stop.
I have had to start a case with resolver to sue them and deal with the matter as its now crazy and they said my account was closed so they can't stop anything yet they still manage to email me with my name ect and sent letters to my old address the lady on the phone was practicing begging for my new address so they can continue trying to tempt me into using the card
EVEN SENDING ME A NEW CARD AFTER SOOO MANY CALLS ABOUT NOT WANTING IT AND BEEN TOLD I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT YET HERE IS A CARD.
this company love to push poor people into bad situations!
John Lewis Financial Services moved its credit card to NewDay. What was a great experience before NewDay is now a regular frustration. They inexplicitly decline txns and block my card despite me using second factor authentication to verify the txns and when you call them at the weekend you get a recorded msg telling you the office is closed. it's 2025! Utterly useless.

Great company you can rely on . Always there to give a helping hand to get you on the the right road ..They do not push credit increases on you it's entirely up to you if you want the increase or not . So if there's any one out there thinking of going for a credit card give aqua a try

By far the best credit provider, got two credit cards started with at £1200 limit, one year in and they both been increased, one is 3650 other £4500. Capital one are brutal pointless card company had them two years and still on £300. These also gave me £2,500 with AO and my credit score is poor.

Had addditional card cancelled due to fraud attempt.
New card arrived and activated.
2nd transaction declined and card frozen.
After tortuous contact with "customer service" card unfrozen.
Next attempt to use card declined, card frozen again.
Impossible to speak to anyone on "customer service"
Card remains frozen
We will cancel as it serves not purpose, much like their "customer service
