Bad service for existing customers

I am furious, been a customer of Newday for 9 months with a Marbles credit card. Always pay my balance is
Full, started with a £250 credit limit, now it’s over £3000... I wanted to trade my marbles card in for an Amazon card, as better suits my needs, but I got declined! I mean really?

You are never going to make money out of me newday, is that why you declined me?

I want this sorting or you going to lose a customer that pays in full every month without fail... can’t get through on the phone lines!!!

We appreciate your service with us and that you've been a marbles customer with us for nine months. Thank you for ensuring that your balance is repaid and for using the card, we certainly value you as a customer with us :)

Unfortunately, product exchanges are something that we're unable to do business wide, but we certainly appreciate your feedback. All new applications are subject to status, and should you wish for more information on why an application may have been declined, we do recommend that customer's contact the Credit Reference Agencies in the first instance.

We have been experiencing higher than expected call volumes at present due to the lead up to Christmas, which I trust you appreciate. However, should you wish to speak to one of our associates we do have a Digital Messaging feature in the app. You just need to go to More > Help and Support > Chat Now. If you come through to our Digital Messaging Team be sure to mention "TrustPilot".

Unfortunately, we cannot discuss this more in depth via this platform as this is a third party service which I trust you appreciate, but we hope to hear from you soon regarding the above.
