Online shopping experience
Been waiting for what seems ages for three items, for some reason my order was split into two deliveries, one item with DHL and the other two items with Hermes. ( both carriers have terrible reviews and Hermes is just awful)
surprised they use such shocking couriers!
Today the dhl order arrived, but worse for wear, but product in tact and not damaged, then I also had 1 item of 2 delivered by Hermes, even though order shows two items should have been delivered.
Tried to call help line, guess what it’s closed!
So sent an email to them, got a response saying it could be a considerable amount of time to get a response! So I guess I’ll
Have to do a charge back on my credit card, since they clearly screwed up.
I won’t be ordering from dunelm again, I’ll just go to store, they clearly can’t organise a session in a brewery. Very bad for such a big company, but I’m sure they will blame covid, companies usually do.
Edit: had a telephone call from a nice lady called Gina, she explained what had happened, and now my last item has arrived, so have changed review from 1 to 3 star. Gina did say only a handful of people in the office so might take a while to get back to you, if you email in, but they seem to be getting back to people.
