No Show Cowboys
Went online looking for a window clean. Found these. Emailed them. Got a reply saying they would come and do a free 1st clean on the 24/8/2020. Guess what.... NO SHOW
Guess they could not be bothered.
Getting someone local and reliable in. This is not a good way to do business with new customers.

Firstly we are so sorry you are disappointed, it is never our intention to cause ill feeling no matter what the circumstances are.
We messaged you via the Trustpilot system 27/8/20 but you did not respond. You did not provide a reference so we cannot reply regarding the individual circumstances. However, the only way a business like ours can survive is long term repeat custom and it would never be our intention to 'no show'. Although obviously frustrating, this has no benefit for us.
