Language Barrier is awful

Just changed to these, and I had to call as my online account was not working. I got through to India! She couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand her. What should have been a 10 min conversation took 40 mins!

I know it’s cheap, which I why I changed, but you at least need to be able to understand the other person!! Fingers and toes crossed I don’t have to ring them ever again....

App is useless, does not connect to the server, so gave up and deleted that. Just have to use the desktop site. First day with them, and I’m already dreading it and wishing I had not changed....

And the warm home discount is closed so I’ll miss out this year! Bloody great
