Terrible customer service

I ordered my DSA laptop and was confused as to why after a few days I hadn’t received delivery tracking information, it turns out they hadn’t even ordered it. After I chased up with them, they eventually sent it out for delivery but when I received the package I realised they had sent me the wrong laptop! This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient to me as I had to specifically order my laptop for a certain day because I have placement so I’m not home most of the week. And especially bc there was software downloaded onto the laptop there definitely should have been basic checks to see if they were even downloading it onto the right laptop. They even put the invoice in the box for the laptop I actually ordered despite putting in the wrong laptop which is very strange. Now I have to wait another week so they can send me the right model, on top of the extra time it took for them to send the order out for delivery. I genuinely don’t know why DSA use this company when there’s so many negative customer experiences.
Update: 27/11/2014
After over a month, Iansyt in total had sent me 4 wrong laptops. They had the correct invoice but repeatedly sent me the wrong laptop. And instead of handling it appropriately they dismissed me and wouldn’t provide an explanation as to why this was happening and fix the issue. When they “found out” what the issue was they provided a resolution that wasn’t acceptable and I had to escalate it to even get somewhere with it. I still have not received my laptop and I have to get another DSA supplier. They are a terrible company.

Gave me panic attacks

horrendous, 3 months of dribs and drabs of support furniture, hardware, software and stationary, like other I had to use them due to DSA SAAS funding and they took forever to deliver then the remote help to download software I needed up doing it for them, ergonomic mouse that a contortionist would have found hard to use, three months later I have shoddy invoicing having SAAS asking me for 3K because they can't even do a simple invoice or receipt!I have numerous panic attacks because of this service!! avoid if you can or ask you support teacher to get another company!
Oh yeah still waiting on my mouse being replaced!

Terrible- Constantly confirming delivery date and not attending.

Terrible- I have sent the below complaint:

Hi

I would like to make a complaint in regards to lack of communication in your organisation in regards to multiple failed deliveries of my items.

I have ADHD and BPD and have been waiting on a number of items which will support me with my university degree. Below is a rough timeline of my poor and inexcusable experience of your company:

Mid December (Approx 22nd)- I was contacted to book a delivery for a whiteboard, printer and headphones. I booked this in for a few weeks time.

I took the day off (Tuesday 17th Jan) as I was told that I could not be given a delivery time so needed to be there all day. This cost me approx £100. The parcel did not arrive.

I called the next day (Weds 18th Jan) to ask why my parcel had not arrived and was told that it hadn't been sent out as the colour of the headphones I'd asked for was out of stock but another colour was available- I said I was happy with any colour- with no reason or apology- let alone the fact that I hadn't even been informed of this and had to call myself. I was assured that the parcel would come on the Friday (20th Jan) of the same week.

Friday comes- again the parcel does not arrive- In the PM I again have to chase the parcel and am again asked what colour I want for the headphones and I inform the person that I had already had that conversation and that didn't care what colour they were. I asked if the parcel could be delivered on the weekend as I wasn't prepared to take another day off work and after checking with a colleague was told that this was agreed due to the issues I had been having. I asked if the parcel would definitely come on the Sunday (22nd) and was told "Should do"- this did not give me great faith that this would happen and big surprised my parcel still didn't arrive.

I called again on the Monday and finally changed the address to my work one and was told that the delivery would come on the 26th Jan.

The parcel arrived on the 26th of Jan- printer, whiteboard (Which is also huge when I'd asked for one that was approx A3 size), no headphones. AGAIN I call and am told that there are no headphones in stock at all and that she would need to check if there are any other in-ear headphones. I am called the next day and informed that there are some other headphones available to send and a delivery date of 7th Feb is set.

7th Feb.......no delivery. Before I had a chance to call AGAIN I was called by Iansyst and asked "When I would like my headphones delivered". I mean it's just ridiculous. At the moment the delivery date is set for 10th Feb but to be honest I have no hope that this will happen and if it does I don't believe that whatever I get will be correct.

Please sort out your communication/customer service. You work directly with people with mental health issues/learning needs and this experience was unnecessary and unacceptable.

The worse company ever

The worse company ever, do not purchase your DSA equipment from them. If this is your supplier go back to NHS Bursery or SFE and request for another supplier.

Worst of the worst. First rate cowboys

This company is one of the worst information technology companies, I have ever been forced to deal with. Student Finance made me order my items fr
for uni, from this bunch of cowboys.
They have missed things of the order, and when chased I am told they have been ordered.... nothing arrives.... they give you the run around.

Jordan is a liar,I have been sent a faulty headset, after 2 hrs on the phone with tech support. He agreed, and said I need a new one (really, i could of told you that 2 hrs ago)!

He said they would arrange a new one to be sent... days passed nothing.... called spoke to liar Jordan who said it would be with me friday....

Friday comes, been in waiting all day, then phone rings at 1pm, iansyst calling to arrange delivery of headset. ( you have got to be kidding me)!

They are a bunch of cowboys, no idea why sfe use them??

Rude, liars, clueless and useless are some words i would use to describe them.

Complaint made to SFE. Doubt i will ever get the replacement headset or the outstanding items. I hope sfe dont pay them.

Appalling service

When my laptop went in for repairs, the technicians thought it sufficient to just perform a Windows Update and Disk CleanUp. Wouldn't it be nice to have a job that was that easy! Appalling customer service.
