Please stop with the stupid adverts!

They make you look like a bunch of low iq low paid workers that are talking down to everyone.

Those adverts alone mean I would never bank with you! Plus all your negative reviews!

Review of Hermes parcels

terrible service

Why are couriers in the UK so terrible!

Hermes are an absolute nightmare, waiting for a Parcel today, but had to go to hosptail so went online and arranged to have it left with a neighbour, get home no card, so I assumed it had been left with nominated neighbour, text neighbour, no delivery. Log
Back in to website, and they say they are not allowed to divert the parcel, one door down, I’m like really? Then why offer it as a choice on your website, are you all that dumb that you can’t tell which parcels can be left next door!!

I will in future be avoiding any retailer that uses Hermes as a delivery agent, had trouble with this terrible company before.

The online autobot is about as useful as a chocolate teapot, and you guessed it phone lines are closed!

Terrible company, terrible customer service and just terrible.

I’ll expect a standard we are sorry but due to covid blah blah blah response

Close call

After reading all the reviews about selling to this company, I have deleted my account and won't be sending my item. That was close! Sounds like they are an absolute nightmare And complete scammers. I wait for cex to reopen!

Can be hit and miss

Pets at home can be really hit and miss, if it's done online then usually fine. If you go to store, it can be really bad or really good.

I usually go to the Prestwich store in Manchester, staff there are great, groomers are wonderful, never used the vets so can't comment on them.

Only problem with Prestwich store, is it's size, they don't stock full ranges, so you have to mess about going online and either getting it delivered to store or to home.

Would reccomend but as I say can be hit and miss.

Better then some reviews let on

Well I opened a current account, and a few savings accounts and an ISA. Put in a switch request which is due to complete on the 21st April, so far so good. Card has arrived in good time as has the pin.

Spoken to customer services a few times, long wait times to get through, but that was expected due to covid.

Application process was pretty easy, and online banking is straight forward. I'm in England and choose this brand over llyods and Halifax because the debit card is far nicer, And you can do all your banking online and in the post office anyway.

Would reccomend this bank, nice customer service people, and everything has been good so far.

Will update if I need too.

Great service despite covid

Orderd on Friday night around ten, pick up at a local Sainsbury's store was offered, so didn't think it would happen, so accepted it, paid and waited
Saturday morning an email arrived saying item was ready.

Went along and sure enough it was ready. Despite the covid the order was next day.

As usual Argos never fails to deliver.

Would highly recommend.

Lost all confidence in just 2 Weeks!

Had an account about 2 weeks, I brought something and it failed to be delivered. Unable to contact seller, so trying to do a chargeback, it’s a big amount £299 quid, (to me anyway), sent all the emails and order confirmations etc, not had any contact from chargeback department, not even confirming they have had everything, went onto the online chat, who said they didn’t know what was happening, but this department was working on it.
Still waiting, still £299 out of pocket, and still none the wiser with what is going on! I’m glad I found out very early on that if there is an issue you are left in limbo.

Sufficed to say, I have opened a well known high street bank account, And started the switch out process. No confidence in this bank now at all.

Highly Reccomend

I have been a customer for a number of years, and have always been impressed with the service given.

Chris from the Red bank depot is our driver, he has always been very pleasant, and nothing is too much trouble. I always leave him Easter and Christmas presents, (he’s that good)!

I did have an offline account where I paid by cheque or cash, but that for me was a pain in the backside, so I was changed to doing everything online, much easier for me.

Products are all very high quality, prices are very reasonable, and during this covid outbreak, they have changed order to 48 hrs and only 3 deliveries a week, but I’d rather that than nothing at all.

If you don’t have creamline delivering your milk why? I couldn’t go back to supermarket
Milk no, I like knowing I’m helping local farmers and helping the environment.

I’d highly recommend creamline!

Volvo V40

Purchased a brand new Volvo V40 at Bury Hatfields in November 2019, my sales manager was Chris.

I was very impressed with Chris, he was very informative, and explained everything I needed to know, he kept me up to date right the way through to collection of my new car, and he smelt really nice!

I would highly recommend Volvo at Bury.

Wonderful daycare

My cocker spaniel has been attending this daycare for many years.

The daycare has a shop, sells good and is generally a Lovley place to visit. Staff are very good, And bet approachable.
They also offer a taxi service and have links with the nearby kennels.

Prices are very reasonable as well.

Would highly recommend.

Been using Amazon for many many years…

Been using Amazon for many many years as a buyer, I also subscribe to the amazon prime membership.

I have never had any problems with ordering or making returns, they also over on select products pay monthly options, which is a nice touch. Customer service is spot on.

Never had any issues in all the years I’ve been using them, only suggestion I’d make, always scrutinise 3rd party sellers. I always opt for amazon products first.

Prime also offers free delivery, amazon prime on tv, and gives Alexa some extra things as well.

I’d have no problems recommending amazon at all.

So Far So Good

Just taken out my new contents insurance policy with these guys, application process fairly straightforward, website not too bad to navigate, was given the option of both online documents and hard documents sent to me, which was nice.

Price for cover was more than acceptable, and i Am happy with what is and is not covered.

I can’t comment on customer service or
Claims, as not had reason to speak with them.

So far so good.

Pleasantly Nice

Recently took out a sim only deal on BT, £12 a month for 10GB and unlimited calls and texts. Signal is really good, number ported over the following day, customer services are really good, and quick, some companies I have called have taken hours to pick up the phone during this covid outbreak, BT took 4 mins.

Overall I would not hesitate to recommend BT mobile, good signal, good prices and customer service great.

I have also now placed orders for broadband and home phone. Keep it up BT!

Dodgy company even though paid in full!

Ordeded a pixel 3a Sunday, supposed to be delivered this morning, dpd inform me carphone warehouse have recalled the order?
Why it’s a sim free phone, paid for in full on card, no one to contact, carphone warehouse didn’t bother to tell me themselves. Crap customer service and the have 299 of my money.

Having to so chargeback via bank, awful awful awful. I will never order from this cowboy outfit again!

Avoid at all costs!!
