Why are couriers in the UK so terrible!
Hermes are an absolute nightmare, waiting for a Parcel today, but had to go to hosptail so went online and arranged to have it left with a neighbour, get home no card, so I assumed it had been left with nominated neighbour, text neighbour, no delivery. Log
Back in to website, and they say they are not allowed to divert the parcel, one door down, I’m like really? Then why offer it as a choice on your website, are you all that dumb that you can’t tell which parcels can be left next door!!
I will in future be avoiding any retailer that uses Hermes as a delivery agent, had trouble with this terrible company before.
The online autobot is about as useful as a chocolate teapot, and you guessed it phone lines are closed!
Terrible company, terrible customer service and just terrible.
