Ordered over 100sqm of flagstones and whilst there were some issues with a number of broken ones, Matt dealt with this promptly and didn’t hold us up. Brilliant!

I would not recommend Harvey Jones. 
The experience has been far from what was contracted for, there have been large gaps in the level of service received regarding the supply and installation management of a high quality kitchen. 
I had made multiple requests to escalate and resolve my concerns quickly. The issues remained unaddressed and I repeatedly asked to speak to a director/manager to raise the gap in management and get a focus to an installation that clearly wasn’t going well. 
Issues included:
- Incomplete delivery we were missing 3 units and 2 missing drawers from the outset
- Incorrect units construction - not inline with the specification agreed which effected 3 units needing replacements 
- Incorrect scullery sink - had a tap hole when the specification clearly shows surface mounted taps and the tap models were shared during the design process
- Incorrect replaced scullery sink - wrong size, an 800mm sink was provided, although the invoice showed 900mm
- Incorrect sink kitchen fittings -  the slotted drain fitting were too big
- Wrong hinges on some units - the specification was antique brass but were polished brass on multiple units 
- Inconsistent colour magnets - some were chrome, some were gold) 
The acknowledgement from management that something has gone seriously wrong in the process came too late and because of that caused undue delay to us, unnecessary cost and considerable inconvenience in having to identify and manage mistakes and their impact ourselves - ultimately, this was Harvey Jones’ responsibility, a responsibility that was not owned.
The direct costs involved included the worktop fitter rebooking (due to the correct sink not being onsite), additional days for plumbers (because of the incorrect parts) and electrician (because the kitchen fitter was in the space on days that were overrun during fitting). 
Ended up costing thousands of pounds extra in trades, plus the cost of my time to accept replacement parts and move them myself.
Compliant procedure was slow (like the rest of their response to issues) and with lack of ownership and meaningful outcome.
The above is a true reflection of my experience. Avoid this company.

Lied about attempted delivery
Said they attempted delivery but never came to the property (we have cameras & I have reviewed them - no Parcelforce attempted delivery whatsoever). Your ‘service’ has gotten so bad, you may as well rebrand as Yodel.

Cancelled after 3 weeks
Cancelled after 3 weeks. Selected our meals for the 3rd week and they created a new order (as apparently I had missed the deadline to select our meals and the system automatically does this), so we ended up with 6 meals for 3 people. Spoke to customer service on chat, they were unhelpful and asked for someone to call me - they said no, they can't do anything.

Totally inaccurate pictures of a lantern light, returned back at my own cost and now I have only had a partial refund (£65 short) and going back and forth trying to get the remaining money. I’m not giving up, customer service emails are very poor. Would not recommend!!

Long, long hold times with terrible music
Over an hour on hold to change our address, followed by a quote of £1500 for home insurance (up from £350) & they have no reason why. Arranged new insurance with AXA at around £350 & now I am here back on hold trying to can el the reminder of my term - god knows how long I will be waiting!!!
An update - 30 minutes waiting. I know they owe me £11, but I really can’t be bothered to waste my time. When my cars come up for renewal, they won’t be getting my business.

Beware when offering!!
Similar to another reviewer. They were very attentive in order to get an offer ‘in writing’ from us, but subsequently used our offer to push up an offer from another party. The email declining the offer was crass and you would expect more from a professional organisation.

Same issue with trial glasses being charged for even though returned them 3 days after receiving them (on a 48 return).
Just got same BS response from customer service about customs delaying them receiving them - my simple answer ‘don’t offer the service then!’

Impossible to get a refund
Update: I got a response following this review, which stated they were working through Christmas backlog. This was just a holding email but with no information to let me know how to get the items back for a refund. Chased after another week of silence to finally be put in contact with Beverley, who was in initially very helpful until she stated that if any of the vacuum bags had been opened, it would be unlikely they would offer a refund (not suite how you are meant to try and fit something whilst still in the bag, but that’s their policy). I have emailed her several times for reconsideration, but haven’t been able to get a response. Shame - all you want is to be treated fairly and communicated to in a prompt (none of which has happened in my experience).
Original review: Struggling to get a response from this company regarding a return. Will update if they ever get back to me.
Detail: screws that were supplied with the handles were too long (I have a standard shaker kitchen) & after contacting them they said they weren’t going to do anything to allow me to fit the handles. So ordered other handles from another supplier (they fit perfectly and look great) but have contacted these guys 3 times to return these items and get a refund. Radio silence - not good customer service.

LFT test to return to UK
Took the LFT tests with us for returning back to the UK (under the latest entry requirements - 22nd December). Slick service and would have no problems using again. Don’t get too worried about the confirmation emails (the test name appear incorrectly to what I purchased).

Helpful designers & good selection
Helpful designers, great selection. The design team were good at listening to our vision. They suggested things we simply hadn’t thought of. Survey was recommended and absolutely glad we did, as changes were required. A few bits damaged on delivery, but no problem getting replacement parts out, and they did it quickly. Great result, good customer service. Recommend.

Not Good At All - but got there in the end
Where to start.. late order, incomplete order, 2 items delivered that are not as states on their website. Can’t ring them (no one picks up or the line just dies) and they don’t reply to emails. Still awaiting them to contact me to resolve the issues.
Update: I have been contacted (and apologised to) for the delay. Moved from 1* to 3* as they have resolved my issue

UN-Super Fibre
Where to start. Slow actual speed (hanging, dropped Zoom calls, etc). Sky App remarkably show excellent speeds, whereas an independent app shows there are low speeds. I called for help but waiting time is 30 minutes. Jus stay away if you want to
Connect to the interest, I turn my phone to 4G so I can connect. Sky Super Fibre is not so super!!
