Good service

Good service. They do leave the pallets behind (meaning you have to get rid of them)

As for the pallet that your order arrived on - this does come as part of your order for you to keep, but you should be able to dispose of it locally or even re-purpose it.

Not a shock to see 1 stars across the…

Not a shock to see 1 stars across the board here. Said they were going to deliver by the end of the day, got an email at 18:18 to say they have rescheduled for tomorrow. Don’t worry, I’ll just take another day off. Useless!!!

Ok when things go right, but if you need help, when things don’t, forget it. Awful customer services, operators who can’t understand English. As a Gold member, I will be taking my loyalty elsewhere

£300 spent on £120 tickets. Lesson learnt!!

Similar experiences to others, thought I was paying £150 for £126 tickets (fair enough as I wanted seats together and couldn't get them from Ticketmaster). Turned out they where not the £126 tickets but £60 ones. £300 spent on £120 tickets. Lesson learnt!!
