Richard carried out some remedial work on our industrial unit to meet EPC regulations. The work was not easy to do but it was carried out with professionalism. All our contact was by telephone or email, but we gained confidence in his knowledge and abilities. We would use him again.

From start to finish, Richard had great communication and we are very happy with the restoration work on our house. This included painting sash window, porch & render, installation of chimney toppers and new door furniture. I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him.

Richard cleaned and repaired the gutterings on our Victorian rectory. No mean feat due to the height. He also identified some brickwork which required rendering and did a super job with very neat rendering.

We sought two quotes for decorating inside and outside of the house. Both quotations were in the same ballpark and we chose Brill Precision because we seemed to get on very well with Richard from the start. It was a three week project and it finished on time and on budget. The workmanship was very good and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Materials were bought at cost and we stipulated the quality we wanted. It was an easier experience than we had expected and we still had a good relationship with Richard at the end - which says it all.

Richard single-handedly replaced and renovated an extensive system of wooden timbers that support a multi-level garden. The work was outstanding-careful and yes, precise. His work ethic and problem-solving abilities are outstanding. I highly recommend him for any task.

I used Brill Precision to repair and paint the exterior of a rental cottage. While the team were hampered by the traditional British summer bad weather, the job was completed on budget, to an agreed timescale and without any issues. The team worked well with the tenants, were courteous and thoughtful and most importantly - tidy, keeping me informed throughout the process. A great job was done and would definitely use Brill Precision again.
