Impossible to get a refund
Update: I got a response following this review, which stated they were working through Christmas backlog. This was just a holding email but with no information to let me know how to get the items back for a refund. Chased after another week of silence to finally be put in contact with Beverley, who was in initially very helpful until she stated that if any of the vacuum bags had been opened, it would be unlikely they would offer a refund (not suite how you are meant to try and fit something whilst still in the bag, but that’s their policy). I have emailed her several times for reconsideration, but haven’t been able to get a response. Shame - all you want is to be treated fairly and communicated to in a prompt (none of which has happened in my experience).
Original review: Struggling to get a response from this company regarding a return. Will update if they ever get back to me.
Detail: screws that were supplied with the handles were too long (I have a standard shaker kitchen) & after contacting them they said they weren’t going to do anything to allow me to fit the handles. So ordered other handles from another supplier (they fit perfectly and look great) but have contacted these guys 3 times to return these items and get a refund. Radio silence - not good customer service.
