Didn't even knock the door

Didn't even knock the door. I've been here all day and the front room window was even open but the driver never even tried to deliver- he was too lazy to even knock the door! Didn't even leave a note -just an email saying it had been delivered to the Sundorne area - miles away- when my nearest DPD pick up is less than 10 minutes away! My reference no is 1550 0195 259 658. The driver's name is Jaskaran
I cannot collect it as it's too far away, so I just have to wait for it to be returned to the company and refunded. Absolutely an appalling "service"

One star and they don't even deserve…

One star and they don't even deserve that. Order delivered late despite being cancelled and receiving an email to that effect. Half the items were missing and of course they've taken the money for the whole order -
also, I was sent a rotten apple. The pickers in the Shrewsbury store need urgent training!

I've stopped buying clothes on Ebay-…

I've stopped buying clothes on Ebay- even new ones with tags on- because I've received so many musty smelling ones and no matter what you do you cannot get rid of it fully.I bought a lovely Uniqlo knitted dress recently- new with tags but it smelled so awful I had to bin it! Why don't people use moisture absorbers and proper storage bags? It's not difficult to stop clothes smelling musty!

Re my ongoing complaint to Vanquis-…

Re my ongoing complaint to Vanquis- 00242426- I received a new Vanquis card because of a security breach with my previous one. Despite being 100% certain I key in the correct pin, Vanquis constantly reject it so I cannot use the card in stores only online. Despite repeated requests for Vanquis to post me a new pin and their assurance that they will ,I have NEVER received one!
In their reply Vanquis have never addressed the fact that they said they'd send a new PIN but they haven't !So HOW exactly can they say they've resolved the problem??? Absolutely appalling company!

Split bags sent with poor quality items

I received my order on September 13th-1011197977971 -and one item was a bag of lettuce with a sell by date of Sept 19th, but it is already brown today-15th September, because the bag is open at the side which I didn't notice when it was delivered. Do the pickers not check produce bags or -as I assume - do they just not care?? Their "fresh" fruit and veg is very poor quality indeed, yet they are one of the most expensive supermarkets.

Why do BT lie to customers??

I received a letter from BT saying I'd been "selected for a Digital Voice trial" That was a lie because once they've switched you over you're stuck with DV. I told the adviser I have no time to do this until early next year whereupon he said "As long as you're aware that your landline could be switched off at any time" which sounded like a threat AND a lie because the letter said nothing would change until an appointment had been made and the equipment installed so he was clearly lying.
I then spoke to someone else at BT who told me what he'd said wasn't true.
Why do some of their advisors lie to customers??

They're taking the proverbial with their prices!

Since their cyber incident the price of the ladies fashion has shot up! £75 for a wax "look" short jacket which you can find for half that- at LEAST- in other stores! They are seriously taking the proverbial.
Since their attack I've had innumerable scam texts from companies masquerading as legitimate stores, but unlike other companies affected similarly there has been NOTHING WHATSOEVER in the way of compensation from M&S.

Absolutely appalling "service"

I received a new card and pin because of a security breach regarding a company I'd bought from with my previous card, but despite knowing 100% that I am typing in THE PIN NUMBER WHICH VANQUIS SENT TO ME my card is continually rejected , which is very embarrassing in a store- not least because the card is actually IN CREDIT. I can use it online but the pin number is NEVER recognised in a physical transaction. I've NEVER experienced this problem before with any other card including my previous Vanquis cards! I've raised this concern with them a couple of times now but Vanquis are extremely slow- they have so far failed to resolve the problem, and expect me to wait up to 56 DAYS for a resolution! UPDATE As you can see, Vanquis have replied but have said nothing about sending a new card and pin. The customer is just left waiting for however long it takes Vanquis to investigate!

New Vanquis card is next to useless!

I had to have a new Vanquis card because my previous card was apparently involved in a security breach- yes, M&S, I'm looking at you.
The card arrived followed by the pin which I memorised, but although I can use the card online it doesn't work in stores even though I know the pin number is correct! The message is "card declined."
It's frustrating and embarrassing-especially as the card is actually in credit!!Trying to get through to Vanquis is also frustrating!
