What HAS happened to Morrisons ?? Check everything in a home delivery before the driver leaves! I ordered red salmon but received pink- which is half the price- and it wasn't until the driver had left that I realised. They say they notify you beforehand about substitutions so that you can return them if you wish, but I wasn't notified about this ! To be fair ,Customer Service did refund it but that's not the point- if I hadn't realised ,I'd have been charged double!
Another thing is their problem with short dates- apparently the staff who pick the orders DO NOT pay attention to dates, sending you fruit and veg in a 5pm order which has to be used that day! Not the service you should expect. If I hadn't bought a delivery pass I wouldn't use them.

I tried the Deep Sleep and Restoration tablets but they didn't work for me. Then I spoke to Jorden from the company who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Not only did he refund my payment immediately but he also spent time discussing an alternative. He went out of his way to try and help with another recommendation, so thank you very much indeed, Jorden.

An engineer turned up ostensibly to sort out a leak under the main radiator but said he had to do a gas service so I let him in. He said it would only take half an hour . He arrived about 11 and after claiming to have trouble with his equipment and faffing about he said he was going to get a part. He left no hot water and came back over an HOUR AND A HALF later claiming he'd had to attend an urgent work meeting- strange it happened to be lunchtime!!He also left his toolbag on the bed- on the pale coloured bedsheet! Absolutely appalling! Bunch of cowboys! It's now nearly THREE AND A HALF HOURS LATER AND HE'S STILL HERE- AND HE BROUGHT THE WRONG PART SO COULDN'T EVEN DO THE REPAIR!
THE CEO, JEANETTE SUMMERS, SHOULD BE UTTERLY ASHAMED !
UPDATE I've just received a text from them saying THEY.VE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A GAS SERVICE on June 6th, because that engineer doesn't work on gas repairs or servicing any more , so obviously his work can't be trusted ALTHOUGH HE'S STILL WITH THE COMPANY!!

I had a Vaillant Eco Fit Sustain boiler installed in May 23 to replace a previous different make of boiler where after 4 years the pressure was constantly dropping to zero leaving me with no heating or hot water. This Vaillant one is far worse! Since it was installed , less than TWO years ago it has malfunctioned THREE TIMES leaving me with no heating or hot water. In fact the engineer only reset the pressure less than THREE WEEKS ago! .It's absolute rubbish! Apparently it's a "special" housing association boiler- whatever that's meant to mean!
Vaillant say they have no visit history- the engineers are chosen by the housing association and are not Vaillant engineers!

They are a very sly company! I put this in my bag and went to order it but tried to stop it before it was actually confirmed as ordered on the website, which failed. Then I noticed you could edit the order within 15 minutes but there is no option to cancel as there is with other stores. I contacted CS and asked them to cancel my order but they said they couldn't. They charge £5 for delivery unless you're prepared to spend £150! Also, they apparently charge £3 for returns so that's £8 extra for delivery and return. I won't be ordering with them again! It's appalling that there's no cancellation option within the 15 minute editing timeframe! It also clearly states on their website terms of trade that to cancel, you must email them which I did! I shan't be using them again. They also made no mention initially of refusing delivery . Just a blunt "No" to a request for cancellation. Update- according to "Which" , under the Consumer Contracts Regulations your RIGHT TO CANCEL ITEMS starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days after the goods are delivered to you YOU SHOULD BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AT THE POINT OF SALE so NC 's refusal is actually illegal and in breach of the CC regulations!

Disappointed with the short dates for fruit and veg when you shop online! Receiving packs of fruit with only a two day use by date when I need what I buy to last until the next week isn't good! They obviously try to fob you off with the shortest dates! I've now spoken to CS at Morrisons and they have agreed to refund the item prices. but I will make sure I check them when they are delivered next time- although you shouldn't have to.

I bought the Tea Tree face base a while ago and need to replace it but I've even taken the compact containing the remains of it in to the store to show them the shade and TWICE been sold the wrong shade because there is no reference to the shade on either the compact OR refill! It's a complete waste of time and money !!Why there is there no shade on these items??It's ridiculous!

I paid a subscription for my garden waste to be removed but despite putting it next to all the other bins, it has NOT been emptied even though there is a permit on it! Are the collectors blind?? Why am I paying if they are not fulfilling their side of the contract?? Also they have reduced their opening hours to just SIX a day from 9am to 3pm so if you need to phone them you give up because you can't get through!! The council tax is extortionate anyway and this just adds insult to injury.
They are the WORST council I've ever had the misfortune to deal with!
Lezley Picton needs to step up up and start providing a decent service for those of us who pay her undeserved salary! Also they state that a reply to an email will take up to 10 days! Service?? They're a sick joke!

I am paying extra to have my bins emptied by Shropshire Council now but sometimes they are left unemptied -as they have been many times over the years ,even though they're right next to the other bins which are emptied and even though they contain the correct waste! Are they blind or just lazy?? ? OR BOTH??

Freegle is becoming a complete waste of time! Why do they allow timewasters to continue their memberships? They should be banned from the site! I've had TWO timewasters in the last two weeks! I've withdrawn my items and I will be using a free clothes collecting service who collect for charity and have a 5 star rating -unlike Freegle -instead ! I suggest others do the same. It's annoying to see the timewasters on Freegle receive no penalties of any kind from the administrators! Why are they are just allowed to continue wasting other people's time ?Also, aren't there are security concerns when you give strangers , especially timewasters, your address? I don't feel very safe using Freegle now! I'm beginning to wonder if giving your address to strangers without informing Freegle who you have given it to should be allowed , in case some people only join to get others addresses!

I wrote a perfectly good review praising a dress I'd bought but they said it "didn't meet their guidelines" and refused to publish it! I said, verbatim- " This is a lovely dress. It's lined and column shape is very flattering. It looks good on" but it was rejected!!Absolutely ridiculous.
