I placed an online order for two of the same item a few days ago but received only one. although I've been charged for both. Perhaps they now take on people who can't count? From now on I will NOT be ordering home delivery from Boots. If I order I will have it delivered to the store and I'll ask them to open it before I leave to check there's nothing missing because this seems to happen quite regularly with this company!
