I placed an online order for two of the…

I placed an online order for two of the same item a few days ago but received only one. although I've been charged for both. Perhaps they now take on people who can't count? From now on I will NOT be ordering home delivery from Boots. If I order I will have it delivered to the store and I'll ask them to open it before I leave to check there's nothing missing because this seems to happen quite regularly with this company!

I've upgraded the rating because I've just received the missing item so thank you.

I was looking for a specific toothpaste…

I was looking for a specific toothpaste manufactured in the US on their site, and found it- but it was a WHOPPING £58.96 per tube PLUS £7.95 delivery.
When I bought it from the US site, I got THREE tubes plus delivery for less than £66 !!
What an absolute rip off Nine Life are, but if you need a good laugh check out the prices!! Hoover Hard Floor Cleaner, 64 oz- ie 2 litres is £60!!!! MED PRIDE Petroleum Jelly8oz- like Vaseline- £36.82. I was creased up!
UPDATE Nine life have asked for more information but their prices are available for anyone to read on their website!
Answer to Ninelife- I didn't buy anything when I saw the ridiculous prices!!

There should be an option for NO stars for this useless council!

There should be an option for NO stars! I pay extra for garden waste and have a valid permit clearly displayed on the front of the bin, but despite this and even though the bin only contains grass cuttings it's frequently- almost EVERY TIME left unemptied EVEN THOUGH THE SURROUNDING BINS have been emptied! I'm SICK of emailing SC about this! They are absolutely useless-we pay one of the highest rates of council tax and receive less and less! The bin has ben left unemptied AGAIN TODAY although the surrounding ones HAVE BEEN EMPTIED!!

I ordered their "Coco Bliss" perfume on the website. It's absolutely gorgeous- a rich expensive milk chocolate and peach scent. and 100ML is only £19.99! It's sold out at the minute but I'll try their Pastry one next at the same price.

First order which I received yesterday. Delivery was a bit slow but the products are good. Senses cocoa shower gel is gorgeous with a thick rich creamy lather- it's so nice I've ordered 4 more now it's half price.

Arriva West Midlands don't deserve a…

Arriva West Midlands don't deserve a single star! I waited for 45 minutes yesterday for a number 1 Shrewsbury bus! They are supposed to run every 20 minutes during the week! I had four bags of heavy shopping so didn't want to walk but in the end I had no choice because not one single bus turned up in that time and they've stopped the option of catching the number 23 in my area! They stop running at about 6pm and there is NO service on Sundays! How can this be called a bus service?? It's not run for the benefit of passengers! Why do Arriva treat the people responsible for their livelihoods with utter contempt??
UPDATE The link Arriva have provided below says"oops - something went wrong". I've tried it twice now .Obviously their answer is just empty words!
How is a company with a NINETY TWO PERCENT dissatisfaction rate still allowed to operate??

Not the best experience

Not a very good experience I placed an order on June1st- 1360616. They provided a tracking number HOOR9AOO6959 WHICH DOESN';T WORK and when I phoned them they said the tracking no is correct although the message I received was "Access denied" They suggested it was the browser which isn't the case. I have now received the order which is good value but do feel Avon could keep people up to date with their orders.

Someone hammered on the door last night…

Someone hammered on the door last night - I thought they were trying to break the door down! I'd been asleep so I wasn't exactly overjoyed! It was a guy from Uber Eats delivering Macdonalds.! I told him I hadn't ordered anything but he just pointed out the door number!. I told him there were three cul de sacs in the area but the numpty was quite aggressive! Perhaps they should teach their drivers to read before letting them loose on the public!

I've shopped with Peacocks since they opened decades ago and always been pleased with the quality, longevity of items , and prices. We used to have a local store which I loved but now I have to buy online and the clothes are still good quality. It's one of my favourite stores and everything is a bit different. Just received my latest order which at 20% off was great value.

I used their original body building…

I used their original body building shampoo when the brand was first introduced and it was excellent,but not now. The formulas are totally different and it makes my fine hair greasy and stringy. The same with another one of their shampoos and conditioners I tried yesterday for an itchy scalp.I don't have dandruff , just an itchy scalp, but those also made my hair greasy and stringy by this morning . They are very expensive products and didn't do anything for my irritated scalp- just left my hair a greasy mess!
I've had far better results from a £7.45 shampoo from a local chemist!
I won't be using the range again.
Update- thank you for the offer but only the original one suited my hair. The current ones don't, unfortunately.

Vanquis don't even deserve a single star! I have a missing payment with a company I use and asked Vanquis to email me a list of the payments I've made to the company. To date, I'm still waiting. Today I tried to use my card at Amazon but it was declined. When I contacted Vanquis, they told me they'd cancelled the card because a retailer I'd bought from using the card had a data breach- BUT THEY DIDNT HAVE THE DECENCY TO INFORM ME! I had to phone them to find out! The advisor said they'd emailed me and texted me- but I've received nothing in my email account anywhere and no text! I have, however ,today received a text from them asking me to spend the credit balance of £26.66 on my account! A bit difficult when you cancelled my card!!
They really are appallingly bad.

Shrewsbury Town Centre- appalling experience

This is specifically about the store in the town centre in Shrewsbury Shropshire, yesterday, on Saturday May 17th.
I spent more than half an hour trying to find a certain brand of moisturiser which I know they stock. There wasn't one SINGLE person around to help .When
I eventually did find someone, she said" I'm on my break - I work upstairs" and pointed me in the direction of the solitary till member- for the WHOLE of the downstairs department! She was extremely arrogant and dismissive.
They are the same upstairs in that store. There are 4 tills but they will only ever open ONE and prefer to leave you standing in a queue for ages!
Their "customer service" is non existent! They should be trained in how to treat the people who pay their wages!

Next are one of the best companies out there! The online customer service is superb, the staff in store are friendly helpful and efficient ,and refunds- especially in a store are instant! Next really do wipe the floor with some competitors!
