Absolutely appalling "service"
I received a new card and pin because of a security breach regarding a company I'd bought from with my previous card, but despite knowing 100% that I am typing in THE PIN NUMBER WHICH VANQUIS SENT TO ME my card is continually rejected , which is very embarrassing in a store- not least because the card is actually IN CREDIT. I can use it online but the pin number is NEVER recognised in a physical transaction. I've NEVER experienced this problem before with any other card including my previous Vanquis cards! I've raised this concern with them a couple of times now but Vanquis are extremely slow- they have so far failed to resolve the problem, and expect me to wait up to 56 DAYS for a resolution! UPDATE As you can see, Vanquis have replied but have said nothing about sending a new card and pin. The customer is just left waiting for however long it takes Vanquis to investigate!
