If you write a review with ANY…

M&S only accept glowing reviews! Leave your opinion and if there is ANY criticism it will not be published. So what is the point?? If an item is not satisfactory and you leave a review to that effect why is it disregarded? It's also disgraceful that M&S don't even have the courtesy to reply to reviews on here!

I experienced very low water pressure…

I experienced very low water pressure early this morning, and when I arrived home later there was no supply.I contacted Severn Trent, who assured me the supply would be back to normal by 5 pm . In fact it's only 3.15 pm and it's fine. Also, David from Severn Trent phoned me to check that the supply issues had been rectified. Excellent service- thank you!

I think the problem with Spar is that…

I think the problem with Spar is that they are franchises and that is the reason for so much out of date or very short date food. The franchisees cannot afford to throw it out so just leave it on the shelves.

Not a good experience

Not a good experience. I refused delivery at the door 3 days after I ordered the item and wasn't refunded for two weeks.

Awful experience- I ordered two items…

Awful experience- I ordered two items for a total of £24.54 online on Friday November 15th and refused delivery at the door on Monday Nov 18th , because I hadn't realised there is a local store. It's now 27th November and I phoned to ask where my refund is-and I was kept waiting on hold for ages- only to be informed that the expected refund date is between 17th-20th of DECEMBER- a MONTH since I refused the delivery- which is absolutely disgusting! Don't use these cowboys!

I bought a brand new Indesit washing…

I bought a brand new Indesit washing machine in January 2021. Recently it's started moving and apparently, the problem is the drum which is too expensive to repair, so not only was I charged £40 for a call out where he spun it once and diagnosed that it's not worth repairing, I now have to save for a new machine. First and LAST time I will ever buy anything made by Indesit/ Hotpoint. I wish I'd checked the reviews before buying! Also they don't CARE about customers. When I spoke to Live Chat at Hotpoint telling them what happened the agent abruptly LEFT the conversation!

I bought a brand new Indesit in January…

I bought a brand new Indesit washing machine in January 2021, so it's less than 4 years old and I have always looked
after it. It was moving around recently and today I've been told that the drum has gone , so I can keep using it but it's not worth repairing. So now I have to save for a new one! I won't recommend Indesit to anyone!
Their reply isn't helpful. I won't be wasting any more money on Indesit again. That was the first and last time! They have a second site on here with ONE STAR reviews! I only wish I'd read it before buying any of their rubbish.

The Autumn womens range is dire- sludgy, dreary colours with shots of bright green. It's totally uninspiring and overpriced. When I left a review about a dress saying it wasn't my colour they wouldn't publish it- M&S can't take criticism, apparently

I ordered an item online on 7th…

I ordered an item online on 7th November, and had to pay £3.99 for delivery as it was less than £30. The website said the item was in stock.It's now Nov 13th, so I phoned to ask where it is, because I couldn't even track it on the website. I was told it will arrive by the 16th Nov. I live in the UK so why does an item take TEN DAYS TO ARRIVE??
What appalling "service!"

I pay my bill in full every month and…

I've been a customer of this company for years; I pay my bill in full every month and never incur interest or pay late, but I've received an email saying that after a review of my account , my interest rate is being INCREASED by 3%! When I asked for an explanation, the adviser couldn't give me one! She just said, stating the obvious, "You're not the only one!" So??? I'm entitled to an explanation! Is it because Vanquis aren't making any money out of me??

I went to buy another one of a…

I went to buy another one of the same Maybelline mascara which I'd bought from VERY a few weeks ago. Last time it cost £7.99, reduced from £9.99 - but today it's FORTY SIX POUNDS! Not a typo!
When I queried it with Very they said they couldn't change it!!
I've heard of inflation but a £36.01 increase in less than three weeks is robbery!! Google it!

Good quality innovative clothes.

Not sure why there are so many poor reviews- their own brand clothes are lovely- a bit different and I find they wash and wear well too. The only thing I don't like is the fact that if items don't fit and you don't have a store nearby, you're charged to return them, but Peacocks own brand clothing sizes are fairly consistent so it's easy to order and be pretty sure they'll fit and the prices are excellent.

Fantastic quality at excellent prices!

I love Uniqlo! The new website can perhaps be a bit difficult to navigate until you get used to it but it's worth persevering because of the gorgeous clothes and great prices! Because I don't live near a store and you have to pay to return items it's good that the size guides are accurate. Once you've bought something you can compare the fit with other items you buy and the quality is excellent for the prices!
£39.90 for a beautiful 100% lambswool dress which elsewhere is least double that!!
