Why put elastic on the cuffs of the long sleeved thermal vests?? It causes them to ride up, and if your wrists are cold, you're cold from head to toe! I found some much cheaper ones which don't have that problem and were far warmer than Damart's .

AWFUL COMPANY. When I phoned up to request a new SIM card on Tuesday- because my current one will soon be unsupported by O2, I waited for thirty minutes before I managed to get through,and when I did someone called Sain sent me back to the queue without even answering me when I said I was struggling to hear her! She needs sacking! Rude and very ignorant! Choose another company- that's my advice!

I spoke to someone from CPC who sounded a like a local but called himself Ilyas. He was rude and patronizing. There are plenty of similar companies who value their customers- unlike CPC.

Next should be extremely proud of their advisers, both with the Chat and on the phone. They are friendly efficient and helpful! ! Thank you for your excellent service to both of the advisers I spoke to today. They have some gorgeous clothes at the minute , good quality and reasonably priced . My favourite brands are Next and Lipsy. Nothing is too much trouble for them. There's so much choice as well! They are the gold standard in retailing and customer service. Gutted that the store isn't still in the town centre as it's quite expensive to travel to the retail park here .Always a good experience.

WHY are they now charging for green bin collection when it's the only service I've used for decades ( and paid a fortune in council tax for,) if it was always a free service in the past? If that's true, I've paid thousands for nothing! Surely that's classed as theft??. So where's my refund? They should cut their bloated salaries and perks first.

I love Peacocks! They have gorgeous stuff at great prices! I've just bought two gorgeous, unusual tops for £12 each! I have had quite a lot from them over the years and their clothing is well made , washes brilliantly and lasts. It's excellent quality for a great price. The only gripe is that my local stores have closed and now I have no choice but to buy online, but if the item needs to be returned you have to pay for it. It's just cost me £3.69 to return an item, so much as I like them it works out too expensive.

Amazing optician. I needed a mecs test after an accident and I was worried after consulting another optician who had a scaremongering attitude, so I cancelled the appointment with them and visited Martin Haynes. They are friendly, put me at ease, thorough .and very efficient. Honestly, I couldn't have received better treatment. Thank you all, you're brilliant.

Their clothes are lovely but the online size guide is totally inaccurate! I input my details ,weight etc and was recommended size XL? I'm 9 stone 6! Luckily I ignored it and ordered a Small which fits well !

I bought a pack of oranges from a newly opened Spar which , when I got back, I realised had one completely mouldy one in it. I telephoned the Head Office for the number only to be given the wrong one. Spar are useless!

What an absolute farce that if a customer makes a complaint about BT, BT themselves decide if it's resolved and close the complaint! How is that right?
That's just disgraceful and shows their utter contempt for their customers!

What a pantomime show BT are! They told me someone was taking over my line although I've never spoken to another telecom company. Then they said Openreach must have misheard the address or that another customer has given this other company my number. I placed an order for an upgrade of the phone and broadband in April . and EVERY SINGLE ORDER-- so far- HAS FAILED AND they keep sending more and more equipment so I will refuse to accept it from now on. Whjat an utter shambles- they can't even explain why the orders keep failing, although every adviser, when they place another order tells me"this one won't fail" You can NEVER speak to the same person twice, either! AVOID them like the plague- I wish I had! This has been going on since mid April so far! DO NOT SEND ME ANY MORE EQUIPMENT!
