I received an email from "Claire" at Evri regarding my parcel because the status on the Evri website hasn't updated since July 31st when it said Evri had collected it
Claire promised to contact me by 10am today if it hadn't arrived. Guess what?? It hasn't and she hasn't! So I have NO idea if or when I will receive it! Why do they lie to customers??
UPDATE8/4/25 I've just received the EXACT SAME EMAIL from "Claire" again- promising to contact me again!!Evri obviously just rinse and repeat! They don't care about the customers.
