DO NOT USE WARRANTY FIRST

Do not use them if your car is over 10 years old or has done over 110,000 miles. Basically the majority of repairs will not be covered. Our dynamic cover meant that when the engine warning light came on we had to pay a garage to carry out diagnostic work before we could even find out if we were covered

When a fault is reported such as yours it is not known until the vehicle is diagnosed what the issues are, and what parts will be needed. This means we would be unable to advise you at the point of opening the repair if these would be considered.

If repairs are approved there is a diagnosis contribution of up to £25 including VAT, unfortunately, as the repairs needed for your vehicle were not considered the diagnosis contribution would not be payable.

The repair was declined, as the failed part was reported to be worn and due to the age of the vehicle this was no longer considered for failure due to wear and tear.

The plan still provides consideration to listed parts should they suffer a mechanical or electrical failure.

We are sorry we were unable to assist on this occasion, but can advise the repair request was reviewed in accordance with the plan held and terms and conditions.

Warranty Renewal

I have just renewed my car warranty with Warranty First .
This company is very easy to deal with , all the facts are made available to you , there is no pressure or hard sell.
Aidan , the sales adviser explained everything in detail to me , he encouraged me to read the policy and list any questions before a follow up call which made my decision making easier .
Aidan's service and manner were outstanding , it was fairly quick apart from a few IT glitches at his end .
I was able to complete the transaction smoothly and get on with the rest of my day .
