Customer service

Whilst policy provider is hard to chose from, I would say Melody from “Warranty first” made this decision easy for me to chose, thanks to her easy explanation, kindness and support, you can easily understand how things works. Good customer service as well good after sale cooperation.

I have been with octopus seven years…

I have been with octopus seven years today and never had any problem, always they find solutions instead, won’t regret to recommend octopus to family friends and colleagues, I also enjoy the free coffe Nero each monday morning, I also suggested to Nero team to switch to octopus simply because it is number one.

They are just harrassors

They are just harrassors, you upgrade the contract and they send you the parcel for you to install even if they promise to book an engineer they need you to struggle beforehand and then when you complaint they ask you to book engineer, however this not all they use YOdel who is never loyal they do not come until two days after promise, also they sent the parcel without the SIM, when you call them no answer or always they put you onhold with no resolution for the issue, rubbish liars, I recorded the coversations and all of them are completly unprofessional.

If you have stated that you would prefer a manned install then we would expect our teams to arrange this for you. We would still send the equipment out via post but an appointment should be booked for after this. I am so sorry again to hear that this was not the case and we will pass this feedback on.

In regards to the delivery this would be at the hands of the courier Yodel, we are so sorry to hear that this delivery was delayed but we would advise speaking directly with Yodel who should be able to update on the delivery further in the future. Awful customer service and awful rude…

Awful customer service and awful rude operators,but honestly engineers are very professional and they do the job very swiftly.
They give you false time and then when you call them they try to allocate an engineer to come this absolutely ridiculous.

I moved to my new flat and I had a lot…

I moved to my new flat and I had a lot of problems with meter readings arrear etc…I contacted E.ON next energy customer service and I had an excellent guidance from -Francesca- she traced the problem and resolved in a matter of two days, now everything working very well with my electricity meter and balance etc…

Helpful customer service

Today I called octopus energy for a regular service regarding my bills and account -Rhys B (Team J)-has been so kind and professional and helpful to sort out my enquiry with less than two minutes therefore I believe this isn’t usual with other energy supplier!fab!
Not to mention his other colleagues during last years whenever I needed them they are ready to help and resolve problems in case.
I cannot see better customer service in the industry!

I just want to mention that EE at Leeds Trinity they have a great and helpful staff and good customer service skills Josh and his manger are very helpful and they know very well how to do the service I advise everyone to have a visit for this sale point.

Velocity PT academy has wonderful staff…

Velocity PT academy has wonderful staff and classes also the online courses are very easy going and full of information you need.
they are expert in fitness and management.
I had my exercise referral course recently with velocity and I look forward to having more CPD.
