Phone call was unexpected and took…

Phone call was unexpected and took around forty minutes. I was led to believe that my insurance would follow on from the existing one. Offered three different offers and unsurprisingly the cheapest one was declined. So in essence I am covered for four extra years and the increase I am paying is given out the other end
