I was given the opportunity to ask any questions that I may have had throughout the conversation, rather than being a rushed script type process. I was given all direct contact details should I ever need them. All cover information was emailed to me immediately after the call. Amazing customer service.

Using the app made it so much easier to leave extra information for the driver and to see how far away my delivery was. Parcel delivered safely, on time and left in my preferred safe place with an immediate photo for proof of delivery.
