My experience trusting and using Warranty First as my warranty providers has been an absolute pleasure. I'd like to begin by mentioning and commemorating "Brandon" whom was my call handler. Upon picking up the call I was greeted by an incredibly polite and helpful young man. He was incredibly precise and thorough with every stage of the process carefully highlighting key facts and notions that I'd need to be aware of. Although it was a sales call in essence, it didn't feel like one. So I'd like thank Brandon for his immense efforts in providing me with the best level of care. And this gratitude also extends out to warranty first for having someone as special (in every way shape or form) as Brandon. I explained to Brandon in the call that it's difficult to know when a caller is smiling. But with Brandon and I you could tell that the mutual experience was nothing but true bliss. If there's a company that deserves the unwaivering support its warranty first. And that is entirely due to the unforgettable call and experience I've had with Brandon during the process.
