First class customer service

Bethany Cobley was honest and clearly spoke with knowledge.
I cannot recommend her enough to deal with setting people up with there warranty.
Bethany went above and beyond to get me the best price and went through all the finer details taking the time to listen to questions I had and answer them.
I know people will say that's her job but I honestly feel that Bethany wanted to help and get the best deal possibly for me and not just rush through the call.
Again highly recommend dealing with Bethany you won't be disappointed.

New toilet

Ordered new toilet when it came on the Friday it was missing the cistern and flush. Rang up and was told by a staff member it will be delivered on Monday.
After speaking with the delivery company they said nothing was pending for my address.
Rang back up Bathroom Mountain and was told that there was no order for me and no idea why I was told there was. New order was put through and delivery wouldn't be until the Wednesday. Bit of a shambles and don't like being lied to by a staff member not willing to just look and do there job.
Once all toilet came it is decent toilet.

Useless

Messaged guy to ask question of when delivery would be on Saturday and he did not get back, rang him Sunday to be told it would be Tuesday (this is after paying for next day delivery) messaged him Tuesday after work (around 6.30pm) to see if parcel was out for delivery no response then it turns up Wednesday lunch time

an easy and effective way to sell ypur phone

I went online filled on page and it was that simple.
They sent postage out.
I then sent phone off they sent me an email to say my check was in post. The whole process was quick and easy and I would recommend to anyone.
