Ruby was fabulous at listening to what I needed and very knowledgeable in advising on the available options for extending my warranty. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and polite and understanding every step of the way. I wish all sales people were as great as Ruby.

You delivered the wrong item

You delivered the wrong item, have given hugely conflicting customer service advice and one of your advisors even accused me of theft (in receipt of an item I hadn't paid for). Then to add to this I was charged £2.99 to return the incorrect item and still do not have my correct order. A shambles and no body seems to give a monkeys about customer experience

Disappointed with gift voucher

I ordered a £75 gift voucher as a gift and it came thru as just a code on an email. Not really very exciting to give to our colleague. At the very least it would be nice if it looked the same as the image on the website.

Flowers were very happily received

Flowers were very happily received. Thank you. Delivery driver left flowers in a safe place but did not leave a card.
I accidentally ordered the flowers twice by mistake as I thought the first order failed. Both orders went thru and customer services initially refused to cancel one order but a lovely lady called Amy finally helped me. Thank you

Really well packaged and great delivery…

Really well packaged and great delivery service. I ordered 7 of the chocolate playstation controllers and they are fab. Would have given 5 stars but they are a little smaller than expected. Other than that they will be amazing stocking fillers for my sons, nephews and god children.

Really Customer Focused

we were looking for a great deal and assumed that going direct to a venue would give us what we were looking for but Spa Breaks proved this wrong. Georgina was understanding about our various requirements as a group booking and managed to secure a great price and offer us a little gift as an incentive too. Thank you Georgie and Spa Breaks. It's lovely to get such personal treatment and will definitely mean I'm keen to use Spa Breaks again.
