Horrible services

Horrible services. Repenting associating with them. I burnt my fingers not only once but twice. First time when they goofed up, they told me try n use next time, we will give wonderful services and I was duped again. Their trips are very very extremely bad. My advise is never to use them.

Horrendous customer experience

Horrendous customer experience - called to explain i accidentally cancelled my direct debit to pay them with my bank can they please re-do this for me as my bank said it would be up to them. I was told they can’t do it, finance can but they are not in so can I call back. I asked can they sort this for me and she replied no as she is off tomorrow . I was then placed on hold for 40 mins, when she came back on the phone she said she couldn’t help me. What I don’t think they got was I was asking to pay !!!
Makes me want to cancel my holiday

Will never use again

Will never use again , went on holiday after finishing my radiotherapy in September, and before my next operation in October, asked the rep to be moved to a quieter room away from the birds right outside our window 3 times as couldn’t rest as needed, so ended up having to sleep by the quite pool , by the end of the week couldn’t wait to get home ... the rep said to me on the day we left that I didn’t look to well , so I showed her the videos I’d done of the noise outside and she had the nerve to say I THOUGHT YOU WERE ONLY SAYING YOU HAD CANCER TO GET A BETTER ROOM 😡😡😡😡 It was totally disgusting ..... I complained to Tui and guess what I got back .... we were sorry that you felt like that and your feedback has been passed on ...... but no further action will be taken .... so basically go away

Horrible place to work

Horrible place to work. I ended up seeing a therapist because my boss were herrassing me. They forced me to sign a contract in spanish that i do not understand. There were no time to get the contract translated.

Holiday cancelled as superbreaks went…

Holiday cancelled as superbreaks went into liquidation. Travel agent tui very unhelpful. Offered to find another holiday but of course we would have to pay again which they didn't seem to think was a problem, well not for them but for us as we had no more money. Ended up chasing them to put in claim, eventually they filled it in, wrongly I may add. Due to this claim took 6 months. They refused to chase claim and in fact just ignored us. Will never go through them again.

I've had to put 1 star in coz they don't allow minus
They decided to move my holiday onto a day that I was at work on even though I had emphasised my lack of flexibility in their booking contract.
Do these people think you don't have lives that in order to enjoy a holiday you do t work or have to pay for it and can go when they want you to go not when you've booked for
A shower you are
I'm waiting to be refunded in order to book with another company I dare say that will drag out so I can't rebook with anothet company

Went on Christmas Cruise to the…

Went on Christmas Cruise to the Caribbean. The ship has not been refitted . The inside cabin on Marella Explorer 2 has got a fridge but it doesn’t work ! It’s stocked with drinks , but they are warm ! When asking about this we were told all inside cabins have non working fridges! Only outside cabins , why! The room smelt because the bathroom has mild in the grouting of the shower , the carpets are not vacuumed around the edges(previous occupants left small pieces of plastic clothes tags around the Ed he s which were still there when we left . The bed is comfortable but the bed base has dust( dust mites ) around the edges of the mattress !! The cleaning staff spend most of there time in the corridor smiling , friendly , but then again it was Christmas (tips)? The market place restuarant was ok although Christmas dinner was poor and found a dirty plate in the warming rack . It seems standards are falling and having paid a lot of money we think it’s more a booze cruise than a classy 5 star ship . Will not recommend lot use TUI again

Very disappointing family holiday - thanks TUI

Very disappointing family holiday.
4 adults and 1 child visited lanzarote in Oct 2019.
The flights were A ok, but the accomdation was dire, we stayed at apartments El Trebol - according to TUI it’s a 3 star AI !
It was 1 * at best !
The rooms were grim, the bathrooms dirty with tiny towels, the drinks were warm and flat !!!
The outside seating around the bar were filthy and the entertainment was dire.
The TUI rep the following morning, said you aren’t the first to complain - I can move you - but it will cost you and it’s a long process !
I said I couldn’t stay and would book into something else via booking.com as it was only a weeks holiday and 1 of our party is disabled to it wasn’t on or fair to delay !
We paid a further £1.9k to get in somewhere decent.
We complained on our return and they won’t budge ... we get £150 refund as a gesture of goodwill, where’s the goodwill !
The hotel was GRIM
There service was GRIM !!!!
They need to raise their expectations if they believe that accommodation is 3 star !

We are currently in doninican republic

We are currently in Dominican Republic at the grand palladiun punta cana The resort is well.kept and that is the only positive i can review. The staff are rude and disinterested , the drinks are disgusting , food is typical poor 2 star quality , there are sales people hassling you at every turn ! Beds and bedding are sub standard for a 5 star reaort , tea coffee and mini bar not restocked without asking , intermittent power cuts occure often. Water in bathroom dangerously hot and do not turn the jacuzzi bath on it spews out black sluge and stinks!

To top it off on our our our retur fligjt in premium economy our 10 year old daughter is seated away from mysef and my husband , tried to sort it out in resort with guestvo and again disinterested and does not want to help. On return to the uk we will be reporting this and will not book with tui again, they certainly do not cross the t's dot the i's or put you in tje middle !! Shame on you tui

I am disgusted in Tui

I am disgusted in Tui. We booked a package holiday in September to get maximum choice at a good price for summer 2020.Thinking paying more to use a company with a good reputation was worth it especially as we are travelling with children. How wrong I was.
Just before christmas tui cancelled our flight an transferred us onto a shorter term holiday but as they had put their prices up by around £1000 they would not refund any of our holiday cost. So a shorter all inclusive holiday has cost us the same price even though two weeks later Tui have dropped their prices on the same holiday so now £300 cheaper than we paid.
It took them weeks to acknowledge my complaint and they have taken the stance that it is not their job to provide an alternative holiday!
I feel that Tui have falsely inflated their prices to avoid refunding the customers who were affected which is an absolute disgrace.
Will never use Tui agsin

First cruise and not impressed with Tiu…

First cruise and not impressed with Tiu Merry Hill service. We have been 4 times, once to book Caribbean cruise for 30th January 2020 on January 2019, 2nd time early January 2020 to discuss excursions with someone that just read the info off a sheet, 3rd time on Sat 11th January with Beth any and a more informed member of staff regarding Caribbean excursions. We asked about checking in on the cruise and were told we couldn't book in until 16th Jan 2020. Today I rang to check in and was told that we could check into flight but not on cruise as deadline to do so had passed. Not impressed as we wanted to make this a special occasion for our wedding anniversary and inform all our friends of a fantastic experience and all was going so well, just a little disappointed, sorry.

From start to finish this was the worst holiday experience I have ever had. RUDE staff. EXCESSIVE hidden charges. LONG hold Waits. POOR outcomes to our complaints.

What a waste of time🤬
If you want to book a holiday NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Ive been trying for weeks to get in touch calling and waiting hours to speak to someone with no answer AT ALL!

now i dont k ow what to do as i need to alter or cancel existing holiday. And no way of doing so as tui shops wont have anything to do with it.
I booked this thinking it was tui when it has nothing to do with them.

Money Grabbing and Greedy!

My partner and I have been trying to book a holiday for a few weeks. When we finally decide where we want to go, we book with TUI. We were both extremely excited to go, I get to the payment page on the website, I pay via paypal because I dont trust these companies at the best of times. The money goes through and I'm redirected back to the conformation page.. but there was no conformation page, instead I was greeted by an email from paypal saying I had successfully paid, no emails confirming my booking with tui AND a lovely looking error page telling me to book again.

Now as far as I can tell this is an issue that seems to be re occurring, however ALL the tui customer service people I spoke to seemed to have no idea of this issue, they didnt understand how to fix the issue, and only passed me onto my bank without being even remotely sorry. Then when contacting their facebook page they claimed to look into it, but it has been 5 days since they last got in contact with me saying "No response from the financial team as of yet, will let you know when we hear back." I have since sent messages chasing up the issue however they have read and ignored the messages asking for updates.

I am absolutely FURIOUS and DISGUSTED with the service I have recieved through this whole ordeal and right now I honestly feel like binning this whole holiday off already as TUI has made it a nightmare, without even setting foot on a plane!!! TUI needs to up their customer service game big time and sort out this massive issue leaving many people including myself out of pocket for hundreds, even thousands of pounds!

Totally mis-sold a holiday to lapland…

Totally mis-sold a holiday to lapland by a member of staff, wasn't even staying in our 4* hotel we booked but was in an apartment 300m away from hotel, had to pay to used the hotel swimming pool 48€ family 4, absolute waste of money payed £3600 3day and all we got was a 2 hour rushed crap visit to santa, kids not even impressed , nothing like our promised once in a life time holiday, will never be booking or using tui again

If something goes wrong......tough

Everything is fine, until something goes wrong. We saved for 5 years for a cruise, sadly the propulsion transformer caught fire resulting in the ship running at a much slower speed, so they cancelled 3 ports, and gave us an extra 3 days at sea, so we lost a third of out holiday. An apology of £250pp was given onboard, TUI have categorically said no compensation will be given. My cruise was almost £6,000 for 2 people. We are beyond disappointed and disgusted that TUI treat their customers so badly and unfairly....

Absolutely disgusting company…

Absolutely disgusting company Girlfriend booked a 4* hotel for my surprise 50th birthday.. Hotel was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to , I would give it 2* and I’m being generous. Decking falling apart , broken tiles , nails sticking up... the food was so nasty , my 6 yr old daughter was served raw chicken and pork , if she had ate it she could of died .. we complained and the offered vouchers ... ARE YOU FOR REAL .. WHY WOULD I EVER WANT TO USE YOU AGAIN TO GO ON HOLIDAY ... THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE AND THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE INVESTIGATING THEM .. AVOID NEVER BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH TUI !!!!!!

Barely able to give them my money

Confusion. Very many issues with their website.

Doesn't accept non-UK addresses and phone numbers for credit cards on the website or one the phone (since not all billing addresses have a UK postcode!) - a little disappointing for a travel company that might be expected to acknowledge the existence of international families trying to arrange travel together.
