Whats up with the service these companies give its shocking they take your money then they try everything not to pay out on any claim they class nearly all claims as wear and tear so is it worth having insurance if they try and get out of claims everything has wear and tear after you have it longer than a day they put extortionate excess on its a con so be careful of wasting your time and money

Delivery drivers where great but time given 12.12 to 2.12 was annoying as turned up at 4.45 can't understand why give precise time 2.12 when shoul be honest and say pm more annoyed as misseed doctors appointment

Never have i seen a customer service go down hill so fast there must be massive problems somewhere

As with many reviews we travelled to Dubia in October 2021 with Emirates the hotel was surrounded by a massive buiding of a 4 lane flyover
The pictures advertising the hotel shows a lovely calm sea in front of the hotel a million miles away from what we experiencedthe sun at the hotel pool and sunbathing area disappeared about 12.30 round the back of the hotel .Had tickets for the expo the only building we could not enter was the Emirates rudely told to come back in two days after taking two hours to get there sadly like lots the Emirates service and experience has deteriorated drastically

Do not use this Financial company unless desperate their is a reason why they have bad reviews

Halliwell Jones bmwWarrington got in touch to say car needed to go in for a brake fluid change .I told them that i had a service plan which i paid for when buying vehicle
They said i would have to pay and take it up with customer service . Picked car up and noticed the front bumper was scratched phoned them to ask if they had checked the car over when in they told me to bring car in and they would rectify marks .they had car for 4/5 days phoned to say car was ready picked car up lights lit up to say flat tyre
Was upset they had not checked car before handing it back had to get tyre pumped up take back again they said they would go half on a tyre as there was a nail in it and i paid for another one as didnt want different tyres on one axle got in touch with customer service and didn't receive any reply only replied when bmw Warrington got in touch with them they looked into it and said they would not do anything about it piggy in the middle i have an email telling me i have a brake service and 2 services on my servics plan it is a 2018 car i have been buying bmw for 20yrs but sadly no more absolute terrible service

Appalling service paid £25 for installation waited in 4hours two men turned up looked where it was going then said we can't install that so all they wanted to do was plug it in connect the hose for £25 pound they said get a Plumber to connect it in then currys will pay for it 🤣🤣
Currys say they wont pay for it to 😡😡

57 days and still waiting for a reply terrible terrible company really do your research when booking a holiday will have to take legal action sadly
