Ordered 2 similar tops one fitted the other was tiny deliver cost me 4.95 then another 2.50 to return because your sizing is so terrible . Unable to get to the store which is why I ordered on line, Won't use next again

I asked customer services to contact me via webchat phone and email. Was td three times someone would get back to me. Still waiting 2 months on. Not the service they used to offer a firm going down hill fast. Will never buy from them again

I am disgusted in Tui. We booked a package holiday in September to get maximum choice at a good price for summer 2020.Thinking paying more to use a company with a good reputation was worth it especially as we are travelling with children. How wrong I was. Just before christmas tui cancelled our flight an transferred us onto a shorter term holiday but as they had put their prices up by around £1000 they would not refund any of our holiday cost. So a shorter all inclusive holiday has cost us the same price even though two weeks later Tui have dropped their prices on the same holiday so now £300 cheaper than we paid. It took them weeks to acknowledge my complaint and they have taken the stance that it is not their job to provide an alternative holiday! I feel that Tui have falsely inflated their prices to avoid refunding the customers who were affected which is an absolute disgrace. Will never use Tui agsin
