Horrendous customer experience
Horrendous customer experience - called to explain i accidentally cancelled my direct debit to pay them with my bank can they please re-do this for me as my bank said it would be up to them. I was told they can’t do it, finance can but they are not in so can I call back. I asked can they sort this for me and she replied no as she is off tomorrow . I was then placed on hold for 40 mins, when she came back on the phone she said she couldn’t help me. What I don’t think they got was I was asking to pay !!!
Makes me want to cancel my holiday
