Wanted an amendment done on my card but all I got was barriers, not helpful Ellie, bad customer service.

Placed an order on line, paid and two days later had my order cancelled due to out of stock, not impressed Fruugo

First cruise and not impressed with Tiu Merry Hill service. We have been 4 times, once to book Caribbean cruise for 30th January 2020 on January 2019, 2nd time early January 2020 to discuss excursions with someone that just read the info off a sheet, 3rd time on Sat 11th January with Beth any and a more informed member of staff regarding Caribbean excursions. We asked about checking in on the cruise and were told we couldn't book in until 16th Jan 2020. Today I rang to check in and was told that we could check into flight but not on cruise as deadline to do so had passed. Not impressed as we wanted to make this a special occasion for our wedding anniversary and inform all our friends of a fantastic experience and all was going so well, just a little disappointed, sorry.
