First Class Experience - Darlington Branch

Impeccable service from start to finish. The sales team, especially Craig was fantastic, and the fitters, Danny and Rory, were superb consummate professionals. I can't recommend Franks more highly. Thank you so much for your help.

Warrenty repair.

I've had two repair appointments both have been cancelled and another one booked in 7 days! Absolute rubbish I've tried to contact but was cut off! A disgraceful service... Never again! 🤬

Booking system

Booked two sites this morning on the website it took me about an hour and extremely frustrating. You can forget using the mobile app it's even worse than the desktop site. Doesn't seem to save all of the details of your car and caravan. Information like *additional guests complicates the system and slows it down.
I regard myself as a pretty competent IT user but this "new" website is nowhere near as easy to use as the "old" one. This along with the new requirement of having to pay a deposit and losing it if there is a need to cancel within 21 days has
definitely put me off using the CAMC.
Sad really!

Cruised with TUI several times but our…

Cruised with TUI several times but our last cruise with them was October 2019. We complained virtually every day at reception about our cabin 1242 which was in our opinion not fit for purpose. From broken air conditioning to a faulty toilet.
They offered us £50 each on board by means of compensation, which we totally rejected. When we got back to the UK we submitted a claim to TUI UK they eventually increased the of to £75 pp. Again we rejected this offer. We are currently pursuing a claim through MCOL. We will never use them again!
