Top class company

Was looking for a new lease car as my last car had serious problems! I looked online and found Pure vehicle leasing I spoke to Josh Ling and he talked me through everything.. I was so happy that I agreed to go for The Q5 efsi e josh kept me updated from start to finish and even managed to get the car earlier than expected .. First class service and would recommend to anyone.

Disgusting,Disgraceful,Company

The car I leased from them had a major breakdown incident which could’ve resulted in fatalities of me and my family !! My 9 year old daughter has been badly affected by this.. I refused to put my family back in this car again !! Alphabet were nothing short of a disgrace in helping me ..Ignored me for 2 weeks ! I was passed from person to person each time told they would call me back following day .. and I heard nothing . They have ignored my email , phone calls ..it’s now over a month since incident and still not sorted .. Was told they would cancel lease from 1st of March , now the trying to charge me ! Told me they would cancel lease for free , now receiving emails demanding early release fees. Was told car was going to be collected on the Wednesday and no one arrived .. I had to call and arrange for it to be collected as they could not be bothered to contact me .. while car was being repaired Mercedes damaged it .. Alphabet said I had to pay £275 for it to be repaired .. Mercedes accepted responsibility and offered to repair .. alphabet ignored this and surprise surprise I don’t have to pay .. This company is an absolute disgrace .. I am now out of pocket because of their faulty car .. Avoid this company !! I will now be contacting the ombudsman and starting a full compensation claim .. My daughter now has nightmares, has anxiety, is scared to travel in cars again because of this !!!

Absolutely SHOCKED !!

Absolutely SHOCKED !!! Loughton Mercedes…My 2020 GLC 300d . 5000 miles has a major safety fault !!! Driving home in the rain 8.30 pm on a motorway .. I pull off the motorway and 5 minutes later the car literally shuts down ..NO ACCELERATION, NO STEERING, NO BRAKES NO LIGHTS .. WARNING SIGNS FLASHING UP AND BEEPING NOISES .. CAR ROLLS ACROSS ROAD AND SOMEHOW STOPS !! Rac come and check car and find 47 faults and 21 unknown faults !! IF THIS HAD HAPPENED 5 MINUTES EARLIER.. WE WOULD BE LOOKING AT FATALITIES !! EVEN THE MANAGER AT THE MERCEDES GARAGE HAS ADMITTED THIS !! I AM SO ANGRY 😡😡😡😡 THAT MERCEDES ARE GOING TO REPAIR AND EXPECT ME TO PUT MY FAMILY BACK IN THIS CAR … TRULY DISGUSTING!!! I WILL MAKE SURE THIS GOES ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA !!!!

Absolute shocking company ..Decided to…

Absolute shocking company ..Decided to order a green iwatch filled out all the forms and paid my £165 .. I then get email stating watch colour is now blue, send them message straight away and 7 days later still NO reply.. I call and surprise surprise an answerphone I leave message and still no reply .. Have to result to sending message on Facebook messenger and after 12 hrs of back and forth messages still no answers !!! Now telling me it’s to late to change only cancel… WELL CANCEL AND ALSO CANCEL MY LIFE INSURANCE… I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE… AVOD THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SHAMBLES!!!

Absolute joke of a company ..

Absolute joke of a company ... Had someone break into my van so called them to make a claim.... never hear back from them . Then they had a cheek to come back with a renewal price of £1800 .. only paid £600 year before .. After wasting my time calling them and telling them I never claimed they came back with a quote of £1100 .. Went straight on a comparison site and got it for £550 .. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY !!!

ONLY INTERESTED IN YOUR MONEY

Got my 3D printer for my 50th on Xmas day 3 months later it’s faulty, contact them and they are not interested in replacing . I’ve now been waiting 2 months for replacement part and nothing . Contacted to day and told I’ve got to wait. What sort of company thinks it’s acceptable for someone to wait over t months for a part???. LCD screen stopped working and was advised to use end of a pen to press it ... Laughable . Any decent company would not let you wait 2 months and just replace .. But I guess this shows what sort of company this is .... AVOID !!!!!

Excellent service , was already let down by the computer shop near me . Contacted Solid Rock IT and they sorted out my problem in a few hours . Even had follow up message to check all was working.. Great service, great value. Can’t recommend enough.

Absolutely disgusting company…

Absolutely disgusting company Girlfriend booked a 4* hotel for my surprise 50th birthday.. Hotel was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to , I would give it 2* and I’m being generous. Decking falling apart , broken tiles , nails sticking up... the food was so nasty , my 6 yr old daughter was served raw chicken and pork , if she had ate it she could of died .. we complained and the offered vouchers ... ARE YOU FOR REAL .. WHY WOULD I EVER WANT TO USE YOU AGAIN TO GO ON HOLIDAY ... THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE AND THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE INVESTIGATING THEM .. AVOID NEVER BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH TUI !!!!!!
