We received a flawless service.
We received a flawless service exactly as promised, bought difficult to find concert tickets for reasonable prices and they arrived in a timely manner. Will certainly use Topticketshop in future again.
They sold tickets they never had!
In May I bought (very expensive) tickets to see Lady Gaga in November. In September TopTicketShop emails me saying they wouldn’t be able to deliver the tickets… offered a voucher or a refund. Of course all the tickets for the concert had gone completely at that stage.
I asked for a refund. Thankfully they funded the full amount but I SO NOT RECOMMEND this site. Buy directly from the venue site. I’m so disappointed…

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Topticketshop.
I purchased a ticket for €69, only to later discover that the official price on the venue’s website was just €40. This massive overcharge was never made clear before payment. On top of that, I only found out after purchase that the ticket would not even be delivered until weeks later — a material condition that any honest company would disclose upfront.
When I requested a cancellation and refund, I was met with the usual excuses about “terms and conditions” and “no cancellations possible.” Their so-called transparency is buried in fine print and designed to mislead.
In my view, this is not a legitimate ticket agency but a scam operation preying on unsuspecting customers. I will not take legal action over a small amount, but I want others to be warned. Do yourself a favor: buy only from the official ticket seller and avoid this company at all costs.
NO after sales service - only interested in money
Only after ordering the tickets; which we did in a rush in order kot to miss out, we learned that ticket prices were TWICE the normal price.
This was our own mistake - but just added this as warning.
As we were jot able to attend the concert in the end, we asked for topticketshop to re-purchase of our tickets so they could be resold again.
But - even though it was still 3.5 weeks before the event (and they did not yet send us the tickets) their excuse was,”no we do not want to buy them back, as it is too close to the event..”?
Which is of course a total BS reason, as there was a waitiing-list for this event…

They don’t give you the ticket immediately but close to the event.
Now I received an email to “accept the ticket” but the ticket is for a seat somewhere in one of the sections! I didn’t accept the ticket and sent an email to the customer service. Will update here as the case unfolds. But the fact remains that they did try to trick me into accepting a wrong ticket while already having charged me doubly for the one I bought. Not a good start.
Update: they contacted me and explained that they call the golden circle “rij G” and give each ticket a seat number for administrative reasons. So my ticket is golden circle and I can accept it with peace. So happy ending!

I purchased the ticket on Thurs 20th I realised that it would be awkward to get to Hengelo from Dublin Ireland so I sent 2 emails straight away to cancel my ticket, as I purchases via SEPA the payment was not due until 24th no one came back to me. I am highly disappointed

Tickets are being bought and resold at inflated prices—150% of the original price or more. Always try to check if tickets are available at the venue itself.

Terrible! I ordered tickets which were very important to me and my relationship repair, TopTicketShop had “an error in their system” and sold my tickets to someone else, and then told me I NO LONGER CAN GO BECAUSE THEY SOLD MY TICKETS BY ACCIDENT.
So why didn’t they tell that to the other people??? They should have refused their tickets and yet regardless that I bought them first, they gave my tickets to someone else!!! This is unacceptable, how can anyone trust a company like this?
They probably gave the tickets to an internal employee, I can’t see any other reason for this!
VIAGOGO never did this to me.

Tickets Di-rect Paradiso
We ordered tickets for Di-rect. The week before the concert we received an e-mail that Topticketshop was unable to deliver us the tickets. Very dissapointing! We could get our money back or a voucher however this does not make it acceptable. It should be trustworthly to buy tickets and it is not!

It was very easy to search for an event and select tickets and the pay them.
Horrible ticket delivery policy
I ordered 2 tickets for a Jimmy Carr show in Amsterdam.
Unfortunately, it turned out that I won't be able to make it there.
Cancellation is impossible, but the worst thing is that I will receive the tickets (so I will know the exact seat numbers) only 10 days before the event - so I will have minimal time to try to sell them.
