Worst ticketing ever, at the time of any ticket sale their sponsored ad is on top - please do not make the mistake of clicking it like I did. They are extremely rude and unhelpful. They sell tickets at a much larger margin and in case you want to transfer or return its next to impossible. Save yourself the trouble and go to ticketmaster. This is a scam

I bought my ticket on February 2023 for a concert in December 2023, after I paid and received the email confirmation they inform you that I will receive my ticket on November 2023... ???? First time I buy tickets for a concert and I don't receive it after payment.
Also, is not clear if the tickets will be physically delivered (by post mail) or by mail. I hope the tickets are electronic tickets sent by email, physical tickets are too risky.
