Awful customer experience
Awful customer experience, but I'm really glad I got my stuff back.
I was practically sure that their web page was a scum - no possibility to contact them without being charged, really bad localization (Russian)
Got an email from them "We have received your item.
Item number ********" and I even didn't have a way to check if this number corresponds to my item!
"Please, send a copy of your payment by fax or by e-mail to quicken the delivery." Are you serious? You sent me this from "noreply@" address, and you don't have another one on your webpage.
"If you pay by credit card,let us know your credit card (Visa,Master,Amex,Dinners) details:card number,exp.date,card security code,name of the cardholder so we can send you your item faster." - no comments (maybe I just don't know how credit cards work - don't have any)
And also the pdf they attached to the email had issues with formatting.
The good thing is that my stuff came very quickly after the payment.
