Please NEVER EVER buy tickets via Viagogo.
I purchased tickets for the K3 concert, which were supposed to be delivered as e-tickets by 5:30 PM. At 6:30 PM, still nothing, no tickets, no updates, and absolutely no way to contact anyone.
While driving over 200 km from the north of the Netherlands to Belgium, it became painfully clear there would be no tickets and no support, only the promise of a refund after ruining a planned family event.
Thankfully, Ticketmaster saved the day! I bought better seats at a lower price for the same concert and received the tickets instantly.
Fantastic service and reliability, unlike Viagogo’s empty promises.
Avoid Viagogo at all costs. Unreliable, unreachable, and untrustworthy.
The single star is only because it’s not possible to give less.

Try to sell tickets via Viagogo. I sold for two concerts and followed the instructions. Viagogo told me I also listed a third concert which I didnt do. They also told me they sold these tickets but I cannot see it anywhere in my account. They charged me a 440 Euro fine. Calling already for months with the customer care (number I found on reddit as its not on their website). They dont come back on emails. Customer care gives contradicting information. I sold tickets, Viagogo confirmed the sale was legit, and the buyers attended the concert, but I was not paid due to an "unknown payment issue".
I have contacted Viagogo several times, and every time they say "we have escalated the investigation", but without telling me what the issue is or when I can expect to receive payment.
Terrible and extremely stressful experience. I would not recommend selling tickets through Viagogo.

Viagogo is a completely unreliable ticket platform.
Bought VIP tickets (2000,- + euro) with meals and lounge access. 3 weeks before the event I was notified the seller could not deliver, and seller/viagogo offered alternative seat which were way less in terms seating and perks (non vip), or a refund. After half a day on the phone with Viagogo and searching myself on their aite I found similar tickets to my original ones and Viagogo committed via e-mail that I would get those tickets.
On the day of the concert (for which we specifically travelled to London), Viagogo emailed me they did not have the seats and offered limited view tickets as alternative + a ridiculous 25dollar voucher. Calling them for hours again, they did not resolve it, and now having to wait for 8 days for the refund.
It’s clear that Viagogo is there for sellers to pull your leg, and not for buyers to have a great experience. They should curate all sellers!
Viagogo has lost all my trust.

I spent the whole day stressing about tickets for my Ed Sheeran concert, only to find out that the tickets I bought on Viagogo are completely useless. They sold me personalized tickets that are still under someone else’s name, and of course, that means I can’t even use them to get into the show tomorrow.
How are they even allowed to sell these kinds of tickets?! It’s basically a scam. Viagogo hides behind fine print while leaving customers like me stranded at the last minute. Instead of enjoying the excitement of the concert, I’m stuck with overpriced pieces of paper that I can’t use.
I hate this company. Rats!!! Don’t ever buy from Viagogo unless you want stress, wasted money, and disappointment.

Absolutely the worst customer service (if you could call it that) experience I have ever encountered. I bought tickets for Coldplay's Wembley show in viagogo and the seller of the transaction transferred tickets on a platform where the tickets could not be transferred again.
I could no longer attend the event and therefore had to sell my tickets on viagogo. Because I was unable to transfer them I contacted viagogo customer service who told me to provide my personal login details to the buyer (so they could access tickets) and they confirmed the buyer could access the tickets on the application (using my login details).
The buyer cancelled the sale and now I have lost over 500 pounds + viagogo charging an extra 85 on top for something viagogo themselves told me to do (transfer tickets by way of giving account details). I spent 2 hours with a useless customer service rep last week who was reading off a script and provided no help or solution. I asked to speak with her supervisor over 10 times as she herself was speaking over me and extremely rude, not to mention she was not helping. She ignored my request everytime.
DO NOT USE VIAGOGO, they will not help you should you need it.

A month or two before an event, you cannot just refund and find good tickets for the same price you bought a year earlier. Example we bought tickets for the main Arena Grandstand for the 2025 Dutch Grand Prix in Sept 2024. End of May we were inform the seller can only now provide pit stands seats or we get a refund. At that time the Arena Grandstand was already sold out. I will not use Viagogo again. I know of too many people who had the same experience.

Viagogo sold me some tickets for the formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix. The tickets were not cheap as it was last minute after another company let us down. They sold me 3 tickets in the fanzone section of the circuit (a good area) totalling over £1600. The day of the qualifying, when I hadn’t received the tickets, I chased them up to see where my tickets were. Over an hour later they came back to me stating the tickets I had purchased (and they had confirmed) were no longer available. They then proceeded to try and give me tickets as a replacement in a totally different area with a €25 voucher as a consolation. The tickets they tried to give me were less than half the price but they didn’t offer a refund of the difference, saying they were comparable tickets. The previous company I had tried buying through did exactly the same trick offering tickets at half the value that we had purchased. This seems to be something these 3rd party ticket agents do to get at least double the money for the tickets they couldn’t sell. If I could leave a ZERO review for this company I would as their customer service is beyond terrible and after a lot of going back and forth they blocked me on their customer chat. Disgusting behaviour! Never again!
