Never going to book through rental cars ever again, biggest thievessss in the world!!! Called them after I was refused a car that I paid for but did not het from hetz because the of my bad credit score!!! Would advise you to never book through them either!! Didn’t get a car and didnt get munchies money back. I think this is a scam, I have rented with hetz 2 times already before. Go directly to the company where you are renting from.

I been looking for a specific car that would fit my family for two months.. I tried ebay. Went to car lots, called on friends that sell cars.. and came across this company. If I would compare this experience. I would say I'm 100% sure that I could not make a better choice and that my coming business will be with this company.

Yes, I was called today getting insurance coverage, your sales agent was very helpful, and did his very best to make sure I got my insurance.
