Purchase lamps that we're quite expensive and these came acc to the timing note into the website = 5wks. I had to contact customer service as these did not came together. Customer Service was very helpful and informed me of the next day delivery. Really happy with the service and the lamps!

Liberon is a dream company..polite, informed and perfect in dealing with customers! Purchased some lamps which unfortunately are too heavy to hang on my ceiling but they came sooner than expected, well packed and exactly as on the website. Was very easy to pack and send them back as well to print the return document.

GLS brought the package on time but there was no addressant on the parcel. As i had this shipped to the office, our secretary opened the parcel for finding out to whom belongs..On line info been supplied.

We appreciated very much all the information provided via email with regards to the last show we saw on 14/oct 2018 in Ahoi R-dam. The mail had the tickets attached, route to come to Ahoy, concert policy. However,
For Ahoi concerts (or shows as the Torug) parking tickets for Ahoi parking space are required to be acquired in advance.
This information was not mentioned into the toptickets team information.
Our experience was quite stressful as we had to car que for more than 1 hour to get to the entrance at the Ahoi parking lot, just to be turned around because we did not had a parking ticket purchased in advance.
We were not the only one with this issue and as time was tight we run quite in distress and lost few precious minutes of the concert just looking for a parking space in the surroundings.

So - for anyone that thinks that 1 hour (from the moment it comes in R-dam by car) is plenty of time before the concert in Ahoi...make sure you have a parking ticket to get in or check for a close by parking space to leave your car
