Goticketshop.nl,Benagiltoursticketshop.com or Gocavesmanguitus.com are promising a tour in a speedboat with an English speaking guide. However, the boat turns out to be much bigger and slower. The guide could just pronounce the names of the caves in English, that was it. Very disappointing. A quick 3 minute splash in the sea and back to Portimao. We booked through a guy called Adriano. Don't use him, waste of time and money. We didn't get any reaction after putting in a complaint. Don't book through them!

I have purchased Andre Rieu tickets from your website months ago. Each ticket costs 230 EUR. I paid 926 EUR in total. CRAZY EXPENSIVE.

I thought this was the regular ticket price I had to pay. I paid for it because going to this concert was my parents' only wish, and they are very old. So, I thought it was worth it.

Today, after months, I have just received the tickets and it says the ticket price is 69 EUR. I paid 650 EUR extra.

Charging 10-20% extra for commission is okay, but selling tickets 3X the price is NOT OKAY.

Cannot recommend at all. Overpriced tickets, super late delivery of said tickets and terrible customer service

Tickets are very reasonably priced for a sold out concert.
Much cheaper than other sites i checked out.

They charge twice as much for tickets. STAY AWAY!

everything was clear, tickets for the concert Dua Lipa were bought in October 2024,but arrived by mail in May 2025 on the specified date) checked!

Was sold overpriced tickets, customer service was sub par as I was looking to sell back due to medical issues and their resolution was to tell me that the ticket would be issued shortly. Will not use the service again

I wanted to cancel my ticket from the first moment I bought it and they never helped me, they never gave me options and I even lost my money because I didn't go to the concert.

Be careful, this is a reseller and not a 1st party ticketplatform. Tickets have an uplift against the original price

Purchased a ticket for Sleep Token in Amsterdam. Client services responds fast and was very kind, ticket was sent on the expected date. Had so much fun at the concert!!

After I got my tickets I receive a email saying that there was a mistake with the stock and couldn’t get them anymore, a bit annoying…

I had to buy an other ticket because the one I bought on your site was not available nor register in the company's site responsable of the concert.
I send them a email in urgency with the order number you sent me and they didn't find any trace of it.
I would like a refund because not only the price was higher but I couldn't even get my ticket. This is unacceptable.
