We received a flawless service.

We received a flawless service exactly as promised, bought difficult to find concert tickets for reasonable prices and they arrived in a timely manner. Will certainly use Topticketshop in future again.

Consider other destinations via another provider...

We booked a second vacancy via Corendon, and just like the first one, we experienced a good service. But our next one was truly a disaster. Flight dates were altered twice forcing us to change our scheduled vacancy dates; three days forward first and four days forward the second time, paying additional for extra legroom seats eventually turned out to be a waste of time and extra costs. The resort property was definitely not a five-star establishment with extremely outdated, desperately in need of renewals. The beach was invaded by dangerous bacteria carrying sand-flies and the management had no idea how to prevent those. Most personnel were 'tips' oriented rather than doing their basic jobs. Majority of simple services, advertised but were in fact not available. For our second room which we booked and paid for, we ended up paying extra upon arrival for an absurd reason. Failures were just far too many and overall it turned out to be an holiday disappointed and frustrated us all.

Good purchase, bad management.

We have absolutely no problems with the product, happy about the quality and design, but an administrative stance over a silly thing downgraded our trust in the company. During Christmas period when hundreds of discount offers from all companies congest email accounts, Ulla Popken apparently sent an email for auto-extension of our loyalty membership and requesting payment for it. We have not seen it; our spam defender must have deleted it. We became aware of it with the first reminder in January and immediately paid it with a seven euro fine. But for this reason alone, our post-delivery payment option was frozen, and then our order was cancelled. We find this action for non-product a bit pitiful and customer unfriendly.

Contrary to website claims

Contrary to website claims of a 'next day delivery' increasingly we are experiencing deliveries that spans up to a minimum of four or five days. The day we receive an email with a tracking code, tracking our parcel reveals that it was not yet collected by the courier yet but just registered. Another issue is that being a loyal customer prevents us from having the equal discounts provided to the new customers. Does that make any sense?

I'm disappointed to learn this was the case as I can see we dispatched your order earlier than expected however the tracking indicates that the parcel wasn't delivered until the day after the estimated delivery date.

I am also sorry to hear you don't feel valued as a loyal customer. We believe it is in the best interests of our customers to offer long term low prices every day across our product range and so don’t run lots of short term discounts.

However, we do send promotional emails out to customers who have registered for our mailing list from time to time. I can see that you are subscribed to this service and have been able to take advantage of these codes in your last few orders. There is also a link to active promotions at the bottom of our website.

A sour shopping experience

Our personal shopping experience with this particular establishment was extremely regretful in overall. Especially with their customer service. They genuinely are in an urgent need of examining their present procedures and, in their fast moving, highly competitive, specific marketing field, they have to quickly realize the importance of 'happy customers'.

Could be much better...

Very slow service, a total lack of communication, and a 'couldn't care' customer relations. They are not price attractive either. In fact, considerably more expensive than their competitors.

Could be much better...

For the specific purpose it was created, this particular product provides a great service yet one desires more flexibility to move a sport to another for the same individual on different days. GSM connection errors are far too often and regularly frustrating, thus hindering instant start and stop functions. It certainly needs improvements.

Our parcel arrived in an opened bag

Our parcel arrived in a partially opened plastic bag and one of the 3 items ordered missing. Two other goods had their plastic bags ripped around the neck area and labels out, apparently checked for sizes. This is obviously not an issue directly of fault of Superdry but having a entirely advertised packaging perhaps contributes to the happening.
